   Had an issue with my grandsons 3 month old skates, rang the store then drove from Deeside to Sheffield, arrived 20 minutes before closing to be greeted by Ellie, who along with Ben went out of their way to rectify the problem with a pair of replacement skates. We didn't leave the store until 5.20, well after closing, but, after receiving fantastic service by the 2 staff in mention.

   Stopped in to pick up a set of beginner's gear - a lovely American (or possibly Canadian) ex-professional player whose name unfortunately escapes me spent a good while making sure I was properly fitted, and was also able to give me some very helpful advice, not only on what to get now for my level and build, but what to upgrade to as I progressed. I picked out my stuff, which was very decently priced, and was able to have it delivered to my home address within 3 days. Five star service all around!

   I know nothing about icehockey but my 10 yr old grandson loves it. Greg went out of his way to make sure the piece of kit I'd ordered arrived in time for a birthday handover. It was only an inexpensive item but Greg went the extra mile to make sure grandson had the broadest grin you could imagine. You couldn't ask for more.

   Absolutely cannot fault these guys. Always had a great experience here and the aftercare is great. I accidentally bought some skates in the wrong size, (long story but it'd partly due to the fitlab scanner getting it wrong and me not knowing the process of how to fit skates). Logan the manager was incredible and allowed me to exchange for another pair which I got today. Shout out to Archie in particular as well who was incredible. Will definitely be coming here first for all my hockey needs from now on.

   Customer service is super quick and very helpful. My stick had a manufacturing fault, they contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and walked me through the steps on how to get the part of the stick they needed back to them with a paid for postage label. It was a less than ideal situation they handled outstandingly. When i purchase anything like sticks they always get here next day and is free postage. Puckstop is by far the best ice hockey shop in the UK hands down. Keep up the good work!

   Absolutely fantastic shop. I Payed for my hockey equipment yesterday at 12:30 and received my equipment at 11:45 this morning. Everything fits perfect. The advice I got before purchasing over the phone was spot on the staff are very helpful polite, This is my second purchase from Pick Stop and I'm over the moon. I won't shop elsewhere

   Absolutely fantastic shop. Help me purchase my Bauer 3.7 ice skate in the size 11 kept to delivery schedule. I'm a big fan of leaving reviews for small companies to help them grow. I have a small business myself. I would definitely recommend these as a company. Fantastic service

   My partner and I went ice skating for the first time in a few decades a few weeks ago and remembered how much we enjoyed it as a children. What we did forget was how uncomfortable the hire skates are so decided to invest in our own. Puck Stop had great reviews and we liked that they do fittings. We popped in this morning and found that they were busy, but were happy to wait. The lady at the till was really helpful and got someone to serve us. Lenny was amazing, we were very much out of our depth but he made us feel super comfortable. We got our feet measured, boots fitted and it was a super easy process. Lenny was really great at explaining what I'm sure is basic stuff but really beneficial. We bought our skates, got them sharpened (included in the price) and our soft and hard blade covers. The lady asked if we wanted our hard covers cutting to size (we had no idea what this meant at the time but agreed) and Lenny sorted that out. We popped across to the ice arena for a skate and my god the skates were amazingly comfy. I can say happy feet, happy skaters! Definitely worth the trip (as we are not local). 5* from us and a massive thank you!
