Amazing place. Huge game site. Everything you need from a beginner to one of the regulars. Plenty of supplies are available and so is the knowledge of the area and the Airsoft weapons should something go wrong. Various scenarios and games are rotated so there is little to no chance of players getting bored or the gameplay becoming stagnant. You can spend a few hours here or the whole weekend. Which ever you choose you will have a great time

Brilliant setup and welcoming, first time out to phoenix airsoft yesterday, a completely different experience to other sites that ive been too.
staff were friendly and talkative making sure everyone and everything was good throughout the day.
As for the gameplay, cant fault it split into groups of 10 with a mix of players that have experience of the site and newbies, games ran smooth, really enjoyed it wasnt 1 team vs another, just brought a whole new experience to the game.
100% would go back, all in all a really enjoyable day.

This is such a great find. Jeff is a great bloke. Tmits a great day out as well as a good blast. They do decent burgers too. It's very safety conscious and well worth a look. I love the buildings in the woodland and the size of the area of play is massive. You can dig in and be hidden or go all out.
You can buy alot of the supplies you need at the site shop which makes it easy and they are the same price as you would get anywhere online which is very cool. So just turn up and you are sorted

Great staff, great field and I enjoyed all the game types that were made made us all feel very connected to the game and would never feel bored also a great community and a lot of respect from the more experienced player definitely would come again.
Only thing that drop it down to two was somebody has set off a bb grenade off and bbs when everywhere and hit some people including me
And when a Marshall was present in the attempt to clear a building when several granades were thrown into the building none of the enemy players would call it and was holding the building when they should've all beeb calling the hit from the granade

Great day out today been to a couple of other sites locally this one is my personal favourite as no nonsense 360° play really tough as no idea on lay out but soon got clued up. Everyone seemed to understand that if someone is not calling hit the likely reason is you didn't hit. Health and safety completely covered but there's no over the top rules. If I had to give any constructive feedback it's that the games for newbies could be explained a little more. But definitely worthy of 5stars

I wouldn't show up any time earlier than 9am as games start at 10am. That's a wait of possibly over an hour and a half. No one else was showing up so the wait was unjustified.
Staff members were belittling a player over their kit and looked visibly upset at one point. Then , during briefs in the safe zone the same staff were talking making it difficult to hear what we had to do.
The head marshal was good, he seemed really invented in us having a good time and without him the day could have gone worse. Other marshals typically seen wearing orange were good. I felt like I could go up to them about issues and they'd actually help.
However , during a CQB oriented game a so called 'player marshal' started shouting at other players and even accused others of not taking their hits. These "player marshals" otherwise known as marshals that are playing that day have on multiple occasions in the past created conflict and refused to descalate. I believe at this point the role should be taken away as it serves zero purpose other than to give a feeling of authority to those who sometimes work there.
For what you can expect out of the players who frequent here , it's a mixed bag. I've met some really great players who I can play well with as a team and we all have a good time , but I constantly hear of cheaters on this site more than anywhere else.
There might be a reason why KickingMustang chooses this site as his go to as he can capture plenty of clips of people shrugging off shots, the owner might even let him off the hook with his own cheating allegations too as his site is featured often.
The site itself is decent. They've put a lot of effort into the site over the years with lots of man made cover, a decent amount of buildings, and many points of interest. However , most of the time you'll be fighting amongst tree and brush as to be expected in a forest.
This site could do be so much better with a look at their staff. Some marshals conduct themselves in an appalling way and set a bad example for everyone. "One of the best sites in the UK" is often said by the owner and staff. I think they've got a long way to go before that becomes the case sadly.
The game modes are sometimes too short while , others too long and nothing happens. Not always the fault of the marshals sometimes that's teams not putting much effort into the game.
Starting the day needs to happen sooner. With a price increase that isn't reflected on the website you'd expect more bang for your buck but that isn't the case. Grenades and ammo are more expensive at this site. I'd look else where if you were wanting to top up.

Me and a group of friends attended Phoenix on 02.10.22, we travelled from Kent and this is the best site I have ever attended, marshal staff were brilliant, and the food was top notch as well as being really fairly priced. Also got to meet kicking mustang which was great. Highly recommend this site

Amazing staff and amazing venue! The marshals were very helpful and knowledgeable. We signed up for UKARA and membership and will be going back again very soon! Only giving 4 stars as I ended up having a few mishaps with the rental guns and they may need some love. We can't wait to go again!
