I ordered 'Fitzroy' paint to order units as I wanted a colour not generally available. The quality of the paint on the doors is very good. The units are very well made and solid feeling, and also in a colour of my choosing. The Blum soft close drawers also feel good quality. Chris has been helpful throughout and I can thoroughly recommend Trade Save Kitchens.
I have nothing but praise for the quality of service that I received from Chris. He proved to be far superior in matters of design than all the kitchen showrooms that I visited. Nothing was too much trouble for him - he is patient to a fault! His cusutomer service when planning the kitchen, and his after care service, is outstanstanding. Ordering is straighforward and all design and goods are checked before delivey. My joiner made a mess of the installation which resulted in the need to order new parts from Chris. After searching for our dream kitchen, I came across Trade Save and my prayers were answered. Quality kitchens with an affordable price tag and fantastic customer service. With Chris' help, we got the kitchen design that worked best for our needs and he was always at the end of the phone even after the kitchen arrived to answer any queries. I will recommend this company as I had support anf service throughout the whole purchase process. Key things I really liked, our design was checked to assure the unit would go in ok so that was great. Easy to minor items thatcan delay the install phase. The order was added for me in a basket, so checked all was ok before submitting the order. Delivery was well planned and well executed. Install looks very good. Will send pictures when it has been cleaned up. Most of all many thanks to Chris that was so friendly anf helpful. Thanks Chris! Oh, our builders loved the quality, very good indeed. We have nicer kitchen than ever expected.
Ordered a full set of kitchen cabinets, doors and all the trimming ( end panels, feature posts, plinths, etc.) with the Gold Standard delivery. Fast and efficient service from day one placing the order, instantly received confirmation and then got a email querying which unit I wanted the internal drawer fitted in as I hadn’t specified ( thought I would have had to fit that in my self but it came fully fitted and colour matched to the unit hence initial query as to which colour unit it was going in). The order was ready for delivery much quicker than I expected and the Gold Standard delivery service was great with the guys unloading everything into my kitchen. Deliver on time quick and efficient service, great quality units all made from 18mm boards even the backs and edged with 2mm banding. All drawers and fittings colour matched to the unit specifications, good value for money, would definitely use again but hope not to be replacing the kitchen for at least 15-20 years.
Ordered some kitchen units for a utility room, which proved very easy on line. Communication was good throughout and by collection of the units I saved money! Overall I am very happy with the quality and service offered and would recommend.
