   Popped in to look at clothing today 16.12.25… Walked out again fairly swiftly as the damp / mould on the back on the shop floor Rt hand side was too much to stand. How can you leave it like that? How can staff work in such an environment? Absolutely shocking We won’t be returning

   A damp, mouldy smelling shop. Staff clearly didn’t want to be there. No greeting or offer of help. We left quickly. Surely the mould in there must be a health hazard. Avoid this place.

   The staff were warm friendly and clearly enjoy working there. They made my day and their knowledge was exemplary. Further more my favourite part was that they were approachable and even though they work for a big company it didn't feel like they were just reading from a script. I hate it when you go in and it to chain shops and they take away any personality or individuality. My only issue was that they asked me if I wanted to sign up for an email newsletter like system and I had to laugh because who checks those things?

   A warm friendly reception. Covid regulations adhered to. There is hand sanitiser by the front door. Everything you need to go hiking in the Peak District in 1 place. Price range is decent and to suit all budgets / pockets. The quality isn't ( IMO ) as good as the big names like RAB, Berghaus or ( genuine ) North Face but decent enough to wear out and about in the hills or whilst out and about shopping / sight seeing in the park district. They had a decent sale on today for waterproofs. No parking outside but there is a pay and display across the road.
