My initial experience was great. But less than two years in, my kitchen is falling apart. They will not cover anything despite the contract and promises. The quality of the products appears to be significantly poor and I’m feeling the cost. I personally would avoid Wren kitchens; not least for their poor quality but worse their empty promises. Well, just to update this. I finally received a replacement but they refused to cover the installation as I didn’t buy the dishwasher from them. Problem is, the dishwasher is NOT the problem. The actual issue is the door and handle (both wren products and both fitted by them) and I was led to believe that if I paid for their installation then subsequent problems would be covered. The have recently advised ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ they will provide an installer. So it seems that installation cover is only a gesture of good will and not actually part of the contract.

Do not buy from Wren but especially not this one. Nightmare every step of the way and that’s the after sales. If you have to buy from here, check your order’s every detail before you sign. Due to persistent sales tactics we had to sign under pressure, the designer ordered the wrong colour cupboard and insisted it was us that chose that colour cupboard because we would really have a full kitchen with a random colour cupboard in the middle. As soon as you’ve paid, there is no possibility to amend your order no matter what mistakes the kitchen designer has made or what arrives damage. We are full of regret.

We dealt with Kevin from the Liverpool store, his help and insight was greatly appreciated. The product was excellent and great value for money. The customer service team were also fabulous, nothing too much trouble.

From start to finish Wren were helpful and professional, Peter helped design our new kitchen and we couldn’t be happier. It was delivered on time. I had an issue with a damaged tap but I reordered one and it cane within a few days which i was really happy with. I would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish, our experience with Wren was easy and hassle free. Designers were always on hand to answer questions and help with the design process. Delivery was on time and everything was as it should be. We were missing on small item from the order but after using the very simple feature on the Wren app to reorder it free of charge, it turned up in less than a week. We used our own professional installers who also agreed the kitchen was built to a great standard and said it was straightforward to install.

UPDATE: It's worth sharing that after our experience, our friends decided to go with Wren, too. Unfortunately, their experience was the polar opposite of ours. More than 15 weeks after a rushed installation - with parts for someone else's kitchen delivered to their home - they're still no closer to getting a catalogue of issues resolved. Had a great experience with Wren in Aintree. Initially, I was worried due to the mixed reviews and when you read some of the horror stories it puts you off - especially when you're parting with a fair chunk of cash. For those worrying (like I did) - don't. Everything went smoothly from the initial consultation, measuring up to the brilliant fitting by Wren's own fitter, Robert. We went for the pre-built units, so it took less time for everything to go in. Wren's fitter Robert ripped out the old kitchen and managed to finish within a week, including new tiles being fitted and a few extra power sockets added. Wren include the kitchen being ripped out and taken away in the price - as well as all the bits of rubbish from the new kitchen - included in the price, so just check that in-store as it saves such a headache. Word of warning, the pre-built units take up a LOT of space, so make sure you have the room to store them when they're delivered. Honestly, I am over the moon with how it all turned out. We now have our dream kitchen and there's not a single thing wrong with it - it's fantastic. Ignore those miserable people who moan over the slightest, insignificant thing. Our experience was faultless and the fitting was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the tradesman, Robert (if you can request him, please do - he was ace).

Measured, but part of measurement missing so needed to be re measured, but still in correct. Poor design, faults came to light when being fitted. Top of range kitchen equivalent quality to lower grade units by other kitchen companies according to our 25yr+ experienced fitter. Some products arrived damaged. Mismatched oven and microwave sent. - waited 10 days before getting a response as to which we were keeping so no oven or micro for that time. Doors missing and due to be sent between 2 and 10 days...8 weeks later still waiting. Tower unit built and sent with 1 completely different door!! Finish decor panels don't do what they're supposed to do as not 'double sided' so finish not sleek. Aintree store manager and designer could not come to see all faults / problems as they are not insured to make visits to the home! Unsure why they couldn't come with a staff who measure if that's an issue..??!! Customer service wanting lots of photos to prove issues - again could have been quickly rectified with a visit. Hours spent on phone chasing up theses issues. Many calls ignored and not returned when trying to rectify issues. All in all AVOID BUYING A KITCHEN WITH WREN

Great service from Andrew, helped us to pick out our kitchen layout in 3D. Great advice and knowledge and very happy we chose Wrens.

Design was good lots of missed points though when it came to fitting Poor quality wood split after 3-4 months of just cleaning the floor. Ovens are very slow sometimes, and the delivery people damaged our house when delivering also they left the main counter outside as they said they couldn't get it in and just drove away leaving me and my wife to put it in ourselves which we eventually managed. The The only good thing about all of this is the induction hob which is amazing to be fair. They haven't responded to any of our emails.
