   This was amazing. Food good, clean area to play, lots of toys, £6 for 90 minutes but if you purchase a meal you can stay for 3 hours, Some of the toys need looking at as they are a little (broken battery needed parts missing) but there was a lot to do, It was enjoyable.

   I took my daughter to Cheeky Chimps during the weekend and came home very disappointed: - most of the toys are broken including the tricycles/ride-on toys (broken wheels) in the garden. So what are the kids supposed to play with? - cleaning standard is very low and most of the people do not respect the rules about removing the shoes. - It would be a fair price if the place worked. It is a pity as the place would have a potential and the stuff is nice. I don't think we will go back again.

   I have visited today with my 2 nieces age 1 & 2. They both loved it! It was super clean & toys were cleaned through out the session as needed. A good sign that my white socks were still white at the end! Great addition to have a role play area with shops, kitchens and doctors. The bathroom changing table was really clean. The toys were in working order and had batteries in the things that needed it. Staff were very friendly and super welcoming. We will definitely be returning. Also a nice garden area for the summer which we will make sure to use as well. Next time we will stay for lunch as it looked super good. We did book in advance but pretty sure walk ins are ok too.

   I come here regularly with my now 2 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it. A wide variety of fun things to play with. She loves the babies and prams and the bouncy castle. I particularly love this soft play as I can also relax as I watch her. The new owners are so friendly and chatty and are so good with the children. Lunches are good quality, the children’s lunch box is always a winner! My daughter is also very much looking forward to having her birthday party here.

   A lovely quiet clean and child friendly space. Staff is super professional and helpful. The place is clean and lots of toys for the children to play with. It has toilet and baby changing unit and serves good healthy food for children (order must be in until 4pm). My 4 yrs old and 10 months daughters had a lot of fun!! There is a secure inside the building buggy parking space. The place is secured by a locjed gate so children cannot randomly go around on their own. VERY VERY VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS PLACE AND WILL COME BACK TO SHOW DADDY SOON!!! It would be nice to see other rooms used to get more children in, like having a play kitchen, dressing up area, drawing/craft area loose parts play. And to promote the business even more, maybe to organise a singing rhyme time when all children come in a group and a member of staff sing nursery rhymes. Added value was free parking and there is also a park with paddling pool close by. This has even have an exercise task for children (on the pavement) and exercise equipped small gym in the park.

   Such a lovely place for toddlers birthday party. Kids had absolute fun. The venue is all decorated. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the party. Thank you to Rachel for all the support.

   We booked a soft play session (and received a booking confirmation) only to be told after we arrived that we couldn’t enter because it had been privately booked and the booking system made a mistake. They didn’t bother to call, text or send an email in advance so I could have saved some the journey time or a toddler from crying because she could see the inside and other children entering but wasn’t allowed to enter herself. They didn’t bother putting a sign up on the exterior door to prevent this, nor warn people on social media. They did offer a refund and the chance to come back another day, however as we don’t live locally I told them I only needed the refund as I wouldn’t be able to come back. They then decided to call me and email me afterwards despite this conversation on the premises, and well after the session had started. Frankly it’s not good enough and I would suggest people think carefully about booking in advance without having any back up plans, because who knows when this will happen again and to continue contacting someone when they clearly don’t want to be contacted isn’t acceptable either. Avoid. Lots of other great stay and plays/soft plays with good customer service that don’t make your children cry!

   The staff were very professional and helpful and the whole play area was incredibly clean and well maintained. I was very impressed with the food, and my daughters sphagetti bolognese came with carrots, cucumbers, houmous and pita sticks, which was a really nice healthy addition to a very affordable meal. The outdoor space is an awesome addition. Overall a really lovely, clean and affordable environment with loads of fun things to keep the kids entertained.
