Had my sons birthday party there and all the ladies were absolutely brilliant, the food was lovely and the customer service was outstanding, would highly recommend.

First time visiting the Arc for soft play and I doubt I will return. We arrived 10 minutes after the 9:30 start time and the place was dirty. Dead flies and discarded old plasters on the equipment when you climb up in clear view the floor had clumps of dust and bits in areas. When we got home I found another old plaster stuck to my little ones sock! It needs a good clean. Health and Safety needs improving especially when there’s a fire exit with sharp edges in the under 2s section and the Matt stops with a small lip to wood floor. Also a plug socket with sufficient covers but nothing to stop the little ones pressing it on and off. . I would like to see the risk assessment for this area as there are definitely foreseeable risks that need review. The under 2s section is small and the equipment tatty and worn. It wouldn’t hurt to have a small soft slide and some bits they can actually climb on as my little one wants to slide but was too small for the bigger ones. This is not somewhere I would recommend

It's alright, better value than most soft plays. However they did not take the access card which is a bit disappointing. There was no ball pit, which is something my children typically love to play with.

Health and safety needs improving. Under 2’s area has an emergency exit with sharp edges corner that can be super dangerous if a kid falls from one of the toys. Up in the kids area a structural part of the roof runs through one of the main run areas although some sections are covered with foam, a big part is pretty much wrapped with a thin plastic not protecting kids from banging their heads on a piece of steel.

Nice experience. Although a lot can be done to improve. There are total two slides one of which is the circular with zero visibility. Have seen pretty much all kids scared to try it. Would have been used space more efficiently to create more options for kids. Good food and drink choices. Plenty of parking. Helpful and polite staff.

Went here this morning with my little one. Absolutely filthy! There was food and rubbish all over the floor and behind the soft play frame! The toilets were disgusting and had a poo on the floor, when we said to the member of staff about it she just said β€œyes we know about it already!” I will never recommend this place, so dirty and a waste of money! Very disappointed

It's okay. Heating is always an issue in the building. The climbing frames are decent enough, but there's not much else. 90 minutes is about perfect for the slots. Staff skulk around like the cast from the walking dead. Not the "live" characters. The other ones.

I went to an art class in the evening recently. I've never been to the ARC before and I was really impressed. The cafe ladies were very friendly when I got a drink and gave me directions to the class. There seems to be so much going on in there... its a little gem of a place and so welcoming... I'll be back and will definitely spread the word..

The soft play needs urgent attention. Equipment is dirty with a build up of dust throughout. I noticed several pieces of food on the floor within the under 2 area. Equipment has tears in areas, staff on mobile phones behind the counter, they were not rude but not professional either as they could of been picking up food and doing general checks. Although this is cheap to enter I will not be returning due to hygiene reasons.

My daughter had a fabulous and fun filled, action packed 5th birthday celebration here, with many of her family and friends in attendance and all having had a fantastic time. The food was great, the venue is clean and spacious, the play area is vast and accommodating to smaller and older children and the party table area is away from the noise and bustle of the soft play. We all had a a memorable and amazing time and I couldn’t have asked for more of the staff at the Arc. V accommodating in all fronts. Whilst this venue was a bit out of the way for many of us it was most definitely worth while!
