   We have been wanting to do a major project on our home for many years, but had to find the perfect team to do it. We are so happy we found Inspired Bathrooms & Kitchens. The planning process was detailed, courteous and considered all of our needs and wishes. It was fantastic to find James who listened and produced designs that suited our tastes and requirements perfectly. There was also plenty of time and opportunity for tweaks and additional requests. The work itself was always going to be challenging considering the size of the project, but we can genuinely say that James and Simon went out of their way to support us and make the experience as comfortable as possible. Simon did much of the practical tasks and his attention to detail and standard of workmanship are exceptional. Furthermore, you would be lucky to find nicer and more amiable people to help. We now have a modern, beautiful, luxurious and practical house that is so easy to maintain. It’s exactly as we had dreamed it would be. We are simply delighted with the finished look at would not hesitate to recommend this company.

   Massively expensive, however, EVENTUALLY very happy with our bathroom and the finish due to Danny the fitter being outstanding in his desire to give us the bathroom we paid for. Originally, we were going to use this company to renovate our kitchen of up to £75k BUT, their customer service is absolutely shocking and since paying up front for the bathroom, and chasing outstanding items constantly, we never heard a word from them!!!!!! Thank you Danny, you became a saviour for us dealing with a disrespectful company!!!!!!! The 2 stars are for Danny and not the company, if we’d just dealt with Danny it would be 5 stars!!!!!

   My wife and I went to Inspired Kitchens and Bathrooms after she was diagnosed with an illness which meant that she was going to suffer with increasingly restricted mobility. We wanted a kitchen and bathroom for a bungalow being converted to suit my wife's condition. We are completely delighted with what has been delivered. My wife wanted something that suited, but did not look like it was designed for someone disabled. Mike and the design team understood my wife's needs and wishes and came up with designs which perfectly met her wishes. James and Simon did an excellent job of installation and at every stage we were involved in making sure that the details of the installation met our needs. The build quality is excellent and has been commented on by everyone who has seen the finished installations. A small point, but one which shows the customer care is that Mark identified that AEG, the chosen electrical goods supplier, had introduced a cash back offer. He not only highlighted it for us, but also prepared the necessary paperwork and gave us a step-by-step guide to take advantage of the offer. Overall we could not be happier.

   Wow. Mike, James and Simon, what can I say ? The bathroom is magnificent and exceeded my own expectations and imagination. You somehow took an idea in my mind and turned it firstly into an incredible CAD rendering and subsequently into a brand new dream “hotel” bathroom. I asked for a “one stop shop” solution where I didn’t have to worry about anything as you would design, order, deliver and fit everything. You truly delivered. James and Simon expertly Project Managed the entire job just as you promised. No mess at all during the project, skip arrived and collected on time, no delays and finished to an exceptionally high level. Thanks for everything. I’m a very happy customer.    Took 8 months to officially finish. It was pleasant until the ending. The quality of work/materials was good, the joiner was polite and helpful, but it’s a shame that the work was left unfinished for so long. I paid the full amount requested before the work had begun and having to wait so long and spend so much time chasing with little to no communication on their end had left a very sour experience.

   We have just had a new kitchen installed, which we are delighted with. Nothing was too much trouble for the team, from us choosing the units, to help and advice on deciding on the best appliances to fit our budget, despite us changing our mind on various things several times. they went above and beyond what we expected. We would particularly like to thank Kirstie in the showroom and Mark, who managed the project. They both did their best to reassure us at all times and keep us posted. Every tradesman was excellent - we could not have asked for better service.

   Got quoted 21,000 and 18,000 for an average size bathroom, should have known better Heswall prices.
