But what really impressed me was the food - it was surprisingly delicious! They had a wide range of options to suit every kid's taste buds. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Great place to take the kids...My 4 yr old likes it here. The place is reasonably clean although the toilets could do with a bit of an overhaul.. The food isn't that great to be fair and not of the best quality but, it is available if you are hungry. There is a games room upstairs & children can interact with an overhead projector playing music and games but unfortunately, it never seems to be working. I believe this place is also available to hire for parties etc. Worth a visit if you wanted to entertain the kids. They allocate 1 ½ hour slots per group.
Nice soft play, not too busy and a nice section for big kids and small babies. Limited parking outside. Lovely, super helpful staff. Decent menu with standard prices. My 6yo, 4yo and baby had a lovely time. More parking, cleaner toilets and staff reminding bigger kids to stay out the toddler area would be great.
Had my 4 year old daughter’s birthday party here. Great experience. Lots of staff on hand if needed. Food was good, all the children eat their dinners, barely any waste. Great value party in my book.
Went midweek with my 10 month old and a friend and her 5 month old. We were the only ones there! Lovely staff, big baby area which is quite rare. There were some blocks and a ball pit for them. Food was fairly good, what you would expect.
Absolute amazing soft play, always clean and tidy. Staff are so friendly and always helpful with my daughters food allergies plus the food is so good there to. Great that a soft play can cater for food allergies. Parties are always good too can not fault Kid Mania at all. Honestly its a must if your looking for some where good to take the kiddies to. Great for all ages mine are 9 and 1 and both love it.
The only saving grace of this establishment is the soft play apparatus itself. It keeps the kids entertained endlessly and has a good layout. The staff are never manning the front desk and are always having a coffee sit-down chat as a group. It's a rare sighting to see a single one of them crack a smile, clean/ maintain the area or just actively have a presence. The food and drinks are shockingly overpriced and the breakfast was cold with burnt items. Would not recommend to anyone who's looking for any reasonable levels of service or value for money but at least the kids are none the wiser.
This place lives up to it's name. The kids love it but it is crazy. I booked a party for 20+ kids and asked if they could improve on some of the things that I had read in reviews. I knew the reviews were accurate because I have been there about 15 times! They took my feedback on board. The staff were very attentive and ensured the party ran smoothly. They made sure there was enough food and drink for everyone and served it to the guests, so the Mums didn't have to. The service is a little too slow but better than previous occasions. You have to wait to get in or out of the venue which can be frustrating. On the positive side, they took care to ensure we were happy. The host checked in with me several times and delivered on everything she said she would. The party time gets split into two parts as the food comes up after 1 hour and then kids run off to play again. I wish that the hosts could use a whistle or bell system to let the kids know it's time to go up to the party room so parents didn't have to chase everyone.It's challenging to get them back for cake cutting and ice cream. It all works out in the end though. A very happy birthday girl.
