   Terrible service. Bunch of cowboys. I ordered a putter on Black Friday sale but a different cheaper item was shipped. They acknowledged that the wrong item was sent but refused to replace with the correct item. Breach of contract, but gave up chasing.

   After years of using this company with no issues or complaint, I have been required to return an item for a full refund. My emails have gone unacknowledged and a phone call has failed to speed up the process. Customer service is non existent. Beware of this company. If something goes wrong with your order, they are useless.

   I can't recommend Golf Support highly enough – an outstanding experience from start to finish! I was particularly impressed with the level of service I received from Jamie. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about making sure I found exactly what I needed, and he really went above and beyond. The range of products is excellent and the pricing is very competitive, and their in-house technology is excellent. It’s clear they’re invested in providing a modern, high-quality experience whether you're visiting in person or online. It's worth noting that the business has recently been taken over, so I would strongly encourage people to look at the most recent reviews – like this one – to get an accurate picture of what Golf Support is like today. Based on my experience, it’s clear they’re moving in a very positive direction. Five stars without hesitation!

   I had ordered a club which was under the stock items, I rang them back up and they advised it's a custom item. I told them I can't wait for the custom item lead time so to issue me a refund. They advised it'll be a 2-3 day lead time for my refund to be back with me. It have now been 7 days and every time I've rang up chasing for my refund I'm being told it'll be sorted with a manager and processed with email confirmation. I've still had no refund, No email confirmation and will have to call them again tomorrow to chase my refund. If your after golfing equipment I'd strong recommend ordering from a company that won't provide awful customer service. Please stay away from these guys

   Atrocious service. Ordered a shirt and a bag for a birthday present, both where in stock according to the website, I even asked via live chat was this the case. I receive an email the day before I WAS ASSURED they'd be here and was told the shirt wasn't in stock, so the wont send a part order. Shambolic. I contacted the shop and not even an apology. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. AMATEURS

   Looking for some winter golf boots. Bought the Stubert Active Boots. Great price, was at first informed may be delayed due to possible shortage and given option to cancel. Decided to wait and 3 days later they turned up. 1 week from ordering to delivery is fantastic bearing in mind Royal Mail on strike 2 days. Definitely be buying again. R

   Hi, first time using this company to purchase shoes online, they were shipped overnight to a more convenient pickup point (Retford) at my request, so collected next day. Unfortunately they had to be returned, refund was immediate. On returning I met John who very helpful in sorting a good fitting shoe & plenty of advise. Great people, would highly recommend !!
