Saj was extremely helpful when it came to my journey. He was exuberant, exciting, and a pleasure to travel with. I cannot recommend this taxi service more. If I could go beyond at 10 out of 10 I would. If it’s not saj, it’s not good. I gave saj a £50 pound tip, I would’ve given him much more, if I had the change in my pocket!
Great drivers! Got me there in a very timely manner - Saj was very good and very polite - certainly recommend this taxi company. As a 16 year old, he made me feel very comfortable and chatted to me! Very good for parents who need a trusted taxi service for their children.

Wouldn’t even give them one star to be honest. Called and waited 46 minutes in the cold getting told 10 seconds , 10 second from the team aswell , disgraceful taxi base don’t waste your time never got my taxi even though I remained calm. Worst taxi base full of liars , shouldn’t be operating
I honestly cant thank our driver enough, we were 6 very drunk girls a long way from home. Our driver dropped us all off separately at quite a distance, tolerated our awful singing and made sure each and every one of us got home safely! Really grateful for a safe journey home
Driver ripped us off and charged us £20 for a 1.5 mile journey that took 4 minutes.
Booked and paid taxi via the app to drop my daughter off at nursery and come back. Took the payment out my account then faffed around with drivers for ages before they cancelled the booking. Money wasn’t refunded straight away so left me without anymore money to order another taxi. Explained this to the base they sent me another taxi when the trip was complete the driver expected me to pay again. I didn’t have more money as the company already took to payment and didn’t refund it from the trip I booked originally that they cancelled, not to mention I was outside waiting for the driver for about 45 mins in the rain. On top of this the driver overcharged me the response I got was rude when this wasn’t my fault it’s their problem but were completely unapologetic. I am a regular customer for this company getting taxis almost everyday sometimes multiple journeys, when I have money I always tip drivers I expected a lot better from them and won’t be using them again EVER after how I was treated today. Shame you just lost out on one of your best regular customers. I’d advise everyone to avoid this company waiting times are long and drivers always try to charge more than what the app says just because I don’t say anything you really think I’m stupid?! If I were to compare them to any card in a deck, it wouldn’t be an ace… more like a joker- the waiting times, prices and customer service are all a joke.
