    Extremely rude phone manner. Dont usually review but had to make the point. Ordered taxi, called 5 mins after due time to ask where it was, lady started talking about how long it would take to get to my destination rather than apologising that the taxi was going to be 30 mins late despute me booking it 2 hours earlier. Wont be using this firm again and they need to retrain their operator who has a chip on her shoulder. How rude and arrogant.

    Thank you for your continued reliability. We were picked up on 14 October at 3 am, the driver was so friendly and helpful, we accidentally gave him £20 to much and he came after us an found us and gave us the money back, what a honest man, thank you

    These taxi are normally cheap and I've always used them but today they tried to charge me £7.50p from cradley taxi rank to timbertree it's normally 4.50 what a joke

    Asked for price of taxi on phone when we were dropped off price was over £4.50 what we were quoted for a short journey driver also rude will not be using again definetly stick with u we they don’t rip you off like these lot do
