   Booked an 8 seater over 24 hours in advance, rang 5ins before it's arrival to be told it wasn't available and they'd send 2 cars instead for the same price. The driver said no we had to pay extra. Absolute shambles of a company, uninstalled the app immediately and will never use again. Disgraceful company

   Very bad experience with this company ...This morning I had big problems in my work because of this inferior company...it really made me regret using their app and paying with the card because they canceled my booking without reasons and put me in trouble with my work at the last minute in the 6.00 morning...it's not the first time but this is the last time I deal with this situational company and the truth that is not give their customers no regard...

   Just an awful experience. At a wedding where we had a beautiful day and was advised to pre book taxis as they will get busy on the night. Called the place and they said they're not taking pre booking currently and to call an hour before we needed the taxi. Fair enough. So we did call back, 10 times and not a single answer. My partner then called and got through, booked a taxi and they advised 15 minutes. 20 minutes went past with no taxi. Called them up and they advised 2-3 minutes. 5 minutes later and no taxi. Called back, 5-6 minutes they said. You can guess what happened next. By the way, we weren't the only ones waiting for this company to pick us up, a total of 10 of us from 4 groups all had the same problem. In the end we were waiting an hour in the ever creeping cold of night. Thankfully, another group had found a sober friend in which we were lucky enough to scan a lift off. Avoid these muppets.

   Absolutely atrocious company. My partner booked a taxi last night for this morning, the payment went through fine. He stood outside waiting from 7.40 for the taxi driver to put that he had completed the ride and taken the money. When my partner phoned to ask what was going on, they made excuses such as the driver turned up at 8.02 but there was no one there and then that the payment was declined (all a load of rubbish) they sent a replacement taxi saying it’d be 4 minutes but didn’t show up until 8.40. Definitely switching to A2B, I’d take him to work myself but we have a young baby who sleeps during this time.

   Really disappointed in A1's customer service today. Called at 3pm and was told the wait was 15 minutes... No curtesy call to say they were running behind... I called at 3:15 and was told "the driver is completing another journey and will be with you ASAP". At 3:30 I had now been standing in the rain for 30 minutes, no sign of a taxi. Tried to call again but there was no answer so we decided to walk instead. We would have already been home by that time had we of walked, but I wanted to spare my little ones from the rain. At 3:45 A1 were then trying to call me? Also, after booking you are sent a tracking link via text which doesn't work. Will be looking elsewhere for a more reliable taxi firm.
