Friends of ours suggested we try Brookside taxi for our holiday rather than getting parking at the airport .. we were leaving from Heathrow .. got back yesterday … and using Brookside was best decision we made. Very prompt going there and comming back .. Greta communication (email arranging ) and calls on the day .. even stopes on way home so we could get some drinks / snacks. Can’t recommend enough !
We recently had a Brookside taxi to and from Birmingham airport. It was excellent. All went very smoothly. It was cheaper than paying for the car park and so much less hassle than driving ourselves. We will definitely use Brookside again. Special mention to Fabio who was our driver for both journeys. He was a real gentleman who made us feel relaxed.

Used brookside for a return to Birmingham airport. Driver arrived 5 minutes early which was great as caused no stress of getting there on time. Driver was friendly and chatty there and back. Price is very reasonable we used them before the pandemic and the price has only got up a few pounds despite loss of earning and cost of fuel which is great for the customer. Highly recommended.
Great service,booked taxi for early morning airport drop off and am very satisfied overall. Pete is a lovely guy and the price was good,I will definitely use them again and have also recommended to a few friends.
We booked our airport transfer but on the morning of our flight, a delay of 3 hours was posted. Our pick up time was changed but just a couple of hours later tje flight was back to the original time. After some rescheduling Brookside managed to pick us up at tje original time. Also really easy to book using Facebook messenger. Would highly recommend
