Awful company.Rude disrespectful drivers,shoddy cars and terrible driving standards.Avoid like the plague
Extremely poor service and time keeping. Car smelt of sickness and alcohol - got out and ordered with different company! Never again!
I have been using this service since September.My son attends Worcester university. The service has been fantastic.We always book a day before my son needs to get to university, we always get confirmation and the prices are great. The taxi drivers have been lovely and have a person centred approach by making my son feel very comfortable the driver always arrive 10 mins before and let us know by sending a polite text to let us know they have arrived. In adverse weather condition if we are running behind schedule we always recieve a phone call saying they will be a couple of minutes late. I have recommended this company as they are very reliable Thank you e cars!!!!
Ask to Join E car They com back 2me after 3 weeks and ask me 2 Pay 30 pound 2 join I ask what s 3o pound for Mr Lee turn round and says you're asking 2 many question so you can't join e cars wow what a company
Brilliant Taxi service, had a pick up from the airport, driver arrived on time very smartly dressed and very pleasent. Have used again since and will be using again in the future. Highly recommend!!!!! Thanks Ecars
They cancelled our booking as they had no cars available (3am on a Saturday morning at BHX), sent an email saying that I had cancelled it at a time when I had already started my travel home( with no WiFi or data). Arrived in BHX with son and received the news that the taxi that I had booked days earlier wasn’t going to be there !! Don’t have confidence in this service
