Contacted to book a taxi on the 15/11/2025 Positive experience - Easy to book, good communication - respectful and polite driver.
It had took them 2 attempts to pick me up from college today the first driver left without picking me up and the second one came at around 16:45 so for parents I don't recommend this taxi company
Didn’t turn up for 4.30am airport drop off! Had called the day before to book and the guy answering took all details. When taxi didn’t arrive I called and they said there’s nobody available, didn’t know about my booking and didn’t even apologise. AVOID!! I rang elite cars in Northfield who sent a driver quickly. I’d been using roundabout taxis for years, but never again.
The taxi came on time, it was a long journey and the driver was very nice. He help me with my bags and waited until I was Home.
Absolutely brilliant. I live in London and have to care for a family member in Birmingham arranging everything Taxi's everywhere, even to and from the local vet's. Nothing is a problem very helpful so courteous. All I can say is a big thank you ❣️
Taxi came quite quickly
Web site don't accept booking. Tried phoning 20 minutes on hold as no 1in queue. No idea how good their taxi service is
Had a taxi from rednal to Birmingham Airport, cant fault and will definitely recommend Thank you Atif for a delightful journey :)
