Myself and a friend attended here for a gym induction both 5 months post partum and the staff could not have been friendlier and more supportive. I was in two minds about joining but the young guy at reception was so good at looking at how we could get the best value membership (they do blue light discount etc)...we ended up joining in end. Their kit looks good and we attended Saturday morning and wasn't at all busy.

Booked a badminton court online. Turned up and started playing then after 5 mins was told the system had messed up and shouldn't have let us book as it was booked for other sports. We were kicked off the court (despite no sign of anyone else waiting to come in). Not even an apology. Was told I'd get a refund, but 3 phone calls and 3 weeks later, still nothing.

Really helpful staff, large gym floor, only "complaint" would be that there's only a single squat rack, rather limiting options for bench press and squats! Update, lunchtime is the quiet, evenings are a bit busier, I've never tried the morning

Excellent equipment and facilities & staff who are helpful and available. Great place, and it's just as good post-Covid! Good for all levels of fitness. You can sign up for a variety of activities - suitable for all levels of fitness.

Really enjoyed my Persosl Trainer sessions with John at Wisewood Sports centre. It is spotlessly clean. So much equipment. Staff are very helpful and supportive. So glad I have joined. Highly recommend it. I look forward to Persoal Trainer sessions because I have the assurance that I am doing the exercises correctly as John is watching and corrects me if I am not doing them correctly. The varied routine means I am covering all the key muscles. After a session I feel exhilarated and proud of what I have accomplished.

The outdoor facility is great, however after using this facility weekly for the last five years or more there has been a recurring negative theme. The staff / way it is run. Year after year we have fallen foul of broken promises when it comes to our booking. We book a rolling 12 months in advance for the same slot every week. Usually around the time of the clocks being changed we are booted from our slot and swapped to a later booking (9-10) to facilitate football club training despite the fact we book the facility every week all year round not just in the winter.... Each year we are given the same promise that it will not happen only to be let down. Time will tell if this year is the same. We have also frequently raised the issue of the floodlights being turned off without warning whilst we are still playing. We have had several near misses due to this and it is a matter of time before there is a serious injury. Last week (14 Oct) the lights were turned off 5 minutes early so setting alarms for on the hour etc to make ourselves aware the lights may go off is not a solution!

Amazing staff, helpful kind and relaxed so lucky to live near it . The courts have helped my kids get into badminton so much that I'm now collapsed at the side while they play. They are always our go to whenever we want to have a game. We owe them a lot of thank you's. We have been going for about 6 years now and are hoping to go for many more !
