    If I could give minus stars I would - they are an absolute disgrace. Phones ring out, website contact ignored and email bounce back as undeliverable. The quality of the item purchased was awful and therefore i wanted a refund (as per their terms - 30 day refund policy) but impossible. Do not buy anything from this cowboy outfit of a company. My credit card will hopefully cover the negligence.

    Purchased a mat via Amazon and the wrong size was delivered. Sent images as requested, since which time I’ve been resolutely ignored. I’m now stuck with a mat I can’t use and am out of pocket. In my experience, UAREHOME don’t even deserve one star.
