   Beautiful place to say very well furnished and high spec. Communication was great couldn't fault at all. Only downside was there was a shop being worked on in the street and the builder was fulling his skip 6.15 in the morning. On both mornings of our stay. I would say that this is nothing to do with the CH1 and not to blame at all but maybe they should put in a complaint as it did spoil our stay somewhat. I'm sure it's against the law to be making so much noise that time of day. I would definitely stay again as long as there are no skips being filled.!

   Happened to meet the owner(?) of the accommodation when checking in in the afternoon. Very hospitable and friendly, even helped us life a luggage from the bottom of the stairs, but that was the extent we saw of him during our two-day stay, which was no problem at all because the apartment itself had pretty everything we needed (except for kitchen towels…but maybe it’s just a thing with accommodations in the UK). Beautiful space in the heart of Chester. You’re right in the centre of a bustling street, but the bedrooms are well shut off from the main streets. No noise complaints. Was a bit of a climb up to the unit though, so if you have large trunks…you’ll need the biceps to go with them. Otherwise, very happy with our stay. Clean, updated apartment, much more spacious than you’d think from looking at the building from the outside. Oh, and a washing machine with laundry pods in the kitchen! Highly recommend and would stay again!

   Amazing apartment in a fantastic location, very central. We stayed in apartment 2 on the top floor with classy and comfortable decor, plus nice views of one of the main pedestrianised streets in Chester. The finish line for this weekend's "Santa Dash" was literally outside our window, which was nice to watch on our last morning. Very clean with everything you'd want in the kitchen, even tablets for the dishwasher and a coffee maker. The host, Patrizio, was very helpful and accommodating, and has clearly put a lot of effort into the design, quality and facilities of these apartments. We'll definitely stay here again when we next stay in Chester, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, quality apartment in a very central location in Chester.

   We have just come back from the most AMAZING stay at CH1 BOUTIQUE. We stayed in the Roman Suite and everything was perfect from start to finish. Patrizio was on hand whenever you needed help. He went over and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. The apartment was executed to a very high standard and the whole place was immaculately clean. Just some of the finer details that make this apartment so much more special -  Dressing gowns, slippers, perfumes, luxury bedding and toiletries, umbrellas (if needed) and breakfast in bed. The list goes on. I can't praise this place enough. WE LOVED OUR STAY!!! And will definitely be back. Thank you Patrizio ......

   I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the most wonderful stay. We were totally blown away by the apartment, it was truly stunning and the decor was out of this world - we didn’t want to leave. In addition the staff that we dealt with were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were really made to feel very welcome straight away. I am so glad that I managed to find your wonderful property and I can’t wait to return. Keep up the great work, you are a cut above the rest!

   Wonderful apartment with 5 star service from beginning to end. The owner, Patrizio, has some serious interior design skills, the place is so beautiful. For a group of girls going to Chester Races ladies day, it was the perfect glamorous spot. Right in the centre of Chester surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and bars, yet very peaceful inside. Breakfast brought to the room was the icing on the cake. I can see this becoming an annual event!

   Patrizio was central to making our long weekend in Chester superb from start to finish. . Pre booking correspondence was excellent and he catered so attentively to us.. we are here to spoil you he would say to us! My gluten free breakfast options were delicious. The interior decoration of this listed building is exceptional and there has been consideration to every cushion, fitting, herb basket, champagne ice bucket, coffee and tea selection etc. There is evidence of attention to detail everywhere.
