   Been ordering from here for years on just eat and uber eats. But my last order was off. The full chicken didn’t smell right, not sure if it was the packaging or what but it was very off-putting and the food was smelling very off. I called the restaurant and customer service was terrible. Basically said other people today haven’t complained. I went to bed hungry that day and the food had to go in the bin unfortunately as they didn’t resolve this. £15 wasted. I think they’ve lost a customer.

   My Grill Digbeth is my go-to spot whenever the late-night hunger hits. The food always bangs, portions are solid, and the fact they’re open till 4AM is a lifesaver. Easily my favourite place in Digbeth! Love my brothers there (B26 guy )

   The best burger I’ve ever had in my entire life. I had a chicken burger and oh my gosh it was so good. The bread was so fresh the chicken was juicy and the sauce combos tied it all together. I’ve only been once as I don’t live in the area but if I did I’d be going every day. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere is great just overall great vibes and the best burger you’ll ever have!

   If the service is bad, then the food better be good. That's the principle I live with. And indeed, for so long, the food was decent and the service was OK at MyGrill. Then there was a time the service was bad but the food, still, was decent. And then there was the time the service was bad and the chicken was undercooked. Was I going to be sick? For a place that pretty much exclusively serves chicken, i didnt need a final straw. MyGrill, my time with you was short and enjoyable while it lasted. But I won't be going there again. The way things were going, I was expecting the roof to fall on my head and to be served a chicken with 2 heads. Bye-bye

   Ordered a few times from here. Food is tasty and good quality. Their cheese burgers are really nice. Its soft and the burger bun perfectly goes with it. Their Fries are delicious.Their sauces are also nice. Only negative I have is that sometimes their salad is brown which is deceiving but other than that everything’s fine. I like when the Salad is fresh.
