   Very cosy setting with lovely staff and customers ✨ I come in every couple of months when I want a chill evening with a cocktail and catch up. I hear all the events are good as well and can imagine it can have a great party vibe as well! Very aesthetic and stunning in the evenings, always keep missing the food but will update once tried as the menu looks great

   Awsome place but lacks craft beers although it says there is on the sign. Great layout, great staff, toilets are ok. Seating is actually comfortable and there's a number of diffrent areas woth sofa etc, the style is pretty smart. The food menu looks brilliant and we'll priced.

   Always love hanging out here. Chilled atmosphere with a lively vibe. First time having food here and the tapas was lovely - nommy and comforting. The perfect accompaniment to a couple of drinks.

   It’s a real shame about The Loft, I’ve tried to be patient for the sake of it being great when it’s open but it rarely is and even then it’s a coin-toss wether they’re serving food or not. It’s consistently not open the listed opening hours with no social media post or offered explanation previous to or during the irregularity. When you get lucky and it is actually open there’s a very fair chance the kitchen isn’t open the listed hours that food is served, which is a shame because the food on offer is great value for money and some of the best loaded fries in the city. I’ve been a total of 10 times now and been disappointed, none of these have been due to the staff, they have all been friendly and as helpful as they could be given the circumstance. If this business could develop consistency I’m sure I would visit weekly but with the current form I’ll continue to steer clear.

   As a newbie to Birmingham we found here with good reviews and followed the signage saying table service only (it's not) after being sat 10 minutes I was going to ask for a menu at the bar to find them all there. We ordered food and drink and the drinks came quick but my order - (the fish) was extremely over seasoned and suffering with an eating disorder and allergies meant I wasn't aware and couldn't eat any of it but it was also dripping with oil My partner finished their food and we waited thinking someone may come and ask how the food was but nobody came and I wanted to wait but my partner wanted to leave it.... £12 to effectively only eat 10 chips was a bit gutting honestly

   Popped in for a drink. Not bad looking place. Staff were friendly. Plenty of seating inside and out. Remember to check in at the front entrance. The music was playing in the background, quite a chilled venue. You could argue the outside could do with a little brush around and tidying with what’s in view. You can scan the menu to order but you need to enter your card on the website to pay- as opposed to Apple/Android pay. As I didn’t carry a card anymore, I just paid the staff with their PDQ machine. Prices are city centre prices. The menu looked really good, which I might try next time.
