Can't fault at all. Pick up and drop off to the train station, then the same in reverse. Arrived early, so no waiting. Lovely and chatty drivers. Decent price. Will be using again.
Stupidly I looked at first review and figured it was a good firm, booked at 6pm for an 8.10 pick up got told at 8.20 had difficulties will be there in 10 mins, obviously this firm does not want money, one of only a few companies in the UK that I know can afford to turn business down,
They picked my son up exactly as asked and brought him to the door. Fantastic and very reliable and trustworthy! Highly recommend them!
Emailed to book a cab didn't hear back. Posted on community FB group requesting an available taxi as Diamond cabs didn't respond to the email. They did however manage to respond on FB with a passive aggressive response about the working order or their phone for the past 20 years. Don't appriciate being accused of lying by a taxi driver who is incapable of reading their emails and responding to them. Wouldn't bother with these, if you're lucky enough to get a response, it'll probably rude anyway. Other cabs are available and some lovely drivers in the area. Just don't be like Pete.
