Dr. Kiran, your surgical expertise and precision were remarkable, and I'm so grateful for your involvement. The entire experience was handled with such care and expertise that it made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. Your high-performance teamwork and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care are truly commendable.    Yesterday I went to the A &E department for fever and chest pain with cough, after waiting for hours, the nurse who was taking my vitals asked for the reason for visit to the hospital. I explained her the reason of visit and then she started behaving rudely and asked not to come to A & E for just fever and chest pain is common in flu.She told n numbers of things which she shouldn’t say to the patient. She became more aggressive with us. Also she said us to read on NHS website before coming to emergency department. Does the trust allows nurses to decide whether which patient should come to A & E or is it clinician’s job to decide severity of the condition????? Horrendous experience with no care!!!!

   Emergency was ok but the hospital services are horrible. My girlfriend was left waiting for 12 hours without food or water waiting for a surgery that was cancelled last minute because the surgeon only saw her right before anesthesia. She was told to come back on Friday morning but the hospital didn't keep any records of it. If she had come back on Friday she would have been left waiting again.

   Cancer genetic service refuse to accept referrals to their service even for those with an extremely strong family history for certain cancers. Play games with both patients and GPs on the timeline for referrals and do not give any updates; eventually sending rejection letters years after a referral. No organisation or care for patients. They are really rude and give non-sense answers to the patient which have been waiting for months and lost 5 family members to a linked cancer.

   Being an NHS staff myself, I understand the pressure and the stress, but I wouldn't say I liked the service. Staff nurses were not very professional in updating or reassuring patients about the waiting time; even doctors didn't mind doing this essential thing in updating patients. You are left in the zone of waiting without any word until when? We have a nurse who rarely checks her patient and passes by. I know it's busy, but patients are patients, and family members are patients too.. No wonder this hospital has a low star rating.

   After waiting 20 minutes in the que, no one answers and someone puts the phone down second time in the row. Extremely frustrating. Very poor e-mail communication as well, trying to request info regarding referring and cant get satisfactory info. Job well done.
