I recently visited FlyingMedicine for a Kenalog injection and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of care I received. I found everything to be smooth, efficient, and professional. The nurse who administered the injection was absolutely fantastic, she was calm and incredibly reassuring, as well as the friendly receptionist who made me feel very welcome and valued. I’ve had Kenalog injections elsewhere in the past, but this was by far the most comfortable and stress-free experience I’ve had, would definitely recommend!
After a mix up with the parking, when I suggested it would be helpful to say on their website there was no parking, as I didn't realise where I'd parked was for staff only and wouldn't have done so if I'd of known beforehand, the doctor became rude and arrogant. He then took great glee and pleasure in being able to turn me away, due to a previous medical condition. Again, if I'd have seen anything on their website beforehand, I'd of not booked. He didn't offer to refund me, I had to request it. The doctor is rude and unprofessional. It wasn't the disappointment of being turned away, it was his attitude that made the whole situation a bad experience. Eta, They've also since replied to say, I'd previously booked and failed to turn up. This is a complete lie, I didn't even live in the area at the time, and had never visited before.
Great staff, polite, professional and friendly. Will be using again and recommending to others!
I attended the clinic for my hay fever jab, they were fantastic and very professional. The jab has changed my life, I’ve gone from having hay fever so bad I end up in hospital to not having it at all.
I booked for my Kenalog (hayfever) injection. I was a little put off by the person who answered who just said "Hi" without saying the clinic name as it didn't seem that professional and I did wonder what type of place I was booking. However in the clinic itself they were amazing, receptionist was very helpful and the clinician was very thorough explaining everything and definitely knew his stuff. I will definitely be going back next year!
Dr Nomy has been exceptional, he's so attentive, easy to express your concerns to, compassionate and understanding. Dr Nomy was the first private Dr we have seen and we are so glad we did because every appointment we have had with him has been so easy. It is very clear how well educated he is and how much passion he has for his career. Also the girl at the receptionist is so warm and welcoming! I had a brilliant experience at Regent street Clinic in Watford! Easy to find (I live in Cambridgeshire but it is definitely worth the travel) the waiting area is lovely and homely and has THE best mirror... I want one for my house! Emily and Poppy were so welcoming and chatty, the atmosphere was brilliant. Emily was great in the consultation and knew what would need to be done to achieve the look I wanted with my lips. Dr Nomy explained everything I needed to know and showed me sealed products and expiry dates making sure every step of the way I was comfortable and knew what was going on. Such a professional but lovely person! I had my lips done previously somewhere else and the experience wasn’t brilliant, the filler didn’t last, it was so much more painful and I had no clue what they were doing from start to finish. My experience at Regent Street Clinic Watford was the total opposite- professional, friendly, top quality products and brilliant aftercare too! I could not recommend going to this clinic enough, and I can’t wait to pop in for a top up!!! Xx
