We had a wonderful experience here with my 7-year-old son. The dentist and the whole team were extremely kind, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made my son feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the visit. It’s not always easy for children to feel at ease at the dentist, but here it felt natural and stress-free. The clinic is modern, clean, and very welcoming. I am really impressed with the level of care and highly recommend this place to anyone, especially parents with young children.
I had treatment by orthodontist. I had excellent experience, staff is very friendly and Doctor was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this clinic. Should I need treatment in the future I would definitely see Dr Porodzinska.
We were sent by a doctor who is working with this clinic. My baby was 7 months old at that time but the lady didn't know how to collect blood from children. Besides that we were three times in there for blood, the first time when she went she did not clean the finger with alcohol and just pricked with the needle. Because of that after almost one week, the finger tip got infected, developed cellulitis, and the finger and the hand were painful. We went to A&E for antibiotics.
Had a really great experience at Poland Medical recently. I went in to see a neurologist, and the doctor was fantastic, super professional, kind, and really took the time to answer all my questions without rushing anything. It made a big difference to feel genuinely listened to and cared for. Also, big shoutout to the ladies at the reception they were honestly the nicest! So friendly and helpful, and made the whole visit feel way less stressful. You can tell they really care about people.
In a few words: affordable, professional, painless service I received for orthodontist treatments (1.5 years of wearing braces) Ive been going for nearly two years now to the orthodontist here. I wanted to straighten my teeth after decades long of neglect from my end. To my surprise, this was achieved a year faster than initially predicted. My entire expierence with the team and Dr. has been absolutely superb. I came here since prices in in other locations (english speaking only clinics) were very unaffordable. I am not polish but this did not stop me from receiving a professional service in here. Ive achieved the smile/look I was so keen on getting. Cannot recommend enough this place if you live in London.
Lady in reception is always very helpful. 1 month ago I had to see the dentist with a broken tooth; the lady dentist managed to save and rebuild my tooth and it looks great and feels great. She also filled an other tooth from which the filling fell out a few times and since she filled it no more problems. She did this while we were in the covid season where as no other dentist would see me. Great job and service. Thank you.
Worst place were I have been . Absolutely no clue what are they doing, , I have been with my baby for blood test, , was waiting more then an hour, and the “doctor “ who supposed to take samples, was no confident at all on what she’s doing!!! So we gave up!! Highly recommend to avoid this place !!!
I do not recommend Dermatologist Tatiana. Her treatment consists in prescribing creams of dubious quality. No research, no antibiotics, or anything specific. In return, the promise of a six-month cooperation, which is £ 100 x 2 visits per month x 6 months = £ 1,200.
Staff in Poland Medical is very professional and friendly. I am happy with the treatments and consultations. Also, it is easy to arrange a suitable appointment with a range of doctors. I will definitely use the clinic’s services again and remain their regular patient.
