    The service is extremely bad and there are no such values as equality in this practice. The consultant is never available every time you book an appointment and then a day before your appointment they will contact you to say the doctor is not available and she is at home. My mother is waiting to be seen by this practice for past five years which never happened. She is on insulin which was prescribed by her Pharmacist and she is the one making her own dosage because the health care professionals is having some kind of issue with her as they are keep on canceling her appointment. From January 2023 and until March 2024 we are waiting months for an appointment and then they are canceling it. This is extremely horrible when health care professionals are not taking public health seriously. Please avoid this practice or only use then if you know them because they don’t know use equally in this practice and patients are not seen or care for equally!

    Sadly I agree with most of the reviews . Reception is not good. Patric the chiropodist does not do what he says. Still waiting since 27th July 2022 for him to send a report to my GP in order to evaluate the medication.

    Not much use in having a phone number is nobody answers, and all you get is recorded message telling where to call. I called 5 times in the space of 35 mins and got the recorded message every time. No option to talk to a receptionist ! 1st October 2.20pm
