The doctor was extremely helpful, took time to listen, and quickly referred me to a specialist. I was able to see the specialist within just 30 minutes! Incredible service from start to finish. I'm very pleased and highly recommend the Brook Surgery for their efficiency, professionalism, and care.

   Great experience. Not a member of this Surgery I phoned as an emergency. Thirty minutes later I had an appointment with a doctor who was kind & caring, diagnosed my symptoms , and then contacted a specialist, with whom I had an appointment a couple of hours later. Even the receptionist asked me when I called several days later how I was. EXCELLENT and IMPRESSIVE care.

   The Brook Surgery has exceeded our expectations on quite a few occasions over the last few years. My daughters and I have been seen swiftly, diagnosed correctly and treated and referred to excellent specialists when needed. A very big thank you to Dr. Daniel Gordon, Dr. Lisa Setchell and Dr. Delphine Sekri. All the staff at the surgery are also courteous, polite and helpful. We always feel that we are in safe and caring hands.

   Highly recommend. Dr Gordon exceeded our expectations. He accommodated our need to see a doctor quickly with a home visit and he was great with our daughter. He was professional, thorough and very considerate, resulting in our 18 month old being calm and cooperative. I was put at ease during the appointment and was confident in the care my daughter received. I will definitely be calling again.
