I have been a regular client at laser clinics Stratford for a couple years now. Today I received my treatment with Angelica and she delivered high quality service for me. I highly recommend. She was so attentive and kind. Honestly one of my best laser experiences with her!
Precious attended to me at the laser clinic and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly throughout the appointment. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. I had a great experience and would highly recommend her.

Angelica is absolutely amazing. She is such a kind and genuine person and instantly made me feel at ease. I was extremely nervous before my full body laser appointment and feeling so vulnerable was honestly scary for me, but she handled everything with so much professionalism, care and respect. She explained each step, checked in with me constantly and created a calm and comfortable environment the entire time. Her reassuring energy made a huge difference and helped me relax when I thought I would not be able to. I truly felt safe, supported and respected throughout the whole experience. I could not recommend Angelica enough and I am so grateful to have her as my therapist.
I went to this laser clinic and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and clearly engaging in racial profiling. I had booked my appointment weeks in advance and even went in early because I wanted to pay ahead of time for my treatment. When I arrived, the clinic was understaffed as usual and disorganised. There was another customer just standing there waiting with no assistance, and the staff showed no sense of urgency or care. I actually had to step in and let them know there was someone who hadn’t been helped yet. When it was finally my turn, I explained that I wanted to make an advance payment, but they were not at all accommodating. I asked to speak with a manager, only to be told there wasn’t one on site. Apparently, they never have a manager available, and I later heard that their last manager only lasted a month before leaving. That alone says a lot about how this business is run. To make matters worse, they recently hired a new staff member who clearly lacks the experience and training needed to deal with customers professionally. Since she started working there, she has repeatedly targeted me and made my experiences increasingly uncomfortable. This clinic seriously needs to reevaluate its recruitment process and the way it trains its staff, because the current standard is unacceptable. What makes this even more inconvenient is that laser treatments require consistency and regular touch-ups on a scheduled routine. For this to happen to me especially as a regular customer who has visited several times before is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The entire experience showed how unreliable and unprofessional this clinic is. Their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and to make matters worse, they cancelled my appointment without any valid reason. As someone of African and Caribbean descent, I was especially disheartened by the way I was treated it was unacceptable and felt targeted. Do not go to this establishment. They operate with poor business practices, poor management, poor leadership, and poorly trained staff. Appalling service all around.
I am a client at the Laser Clinic in Stratford and i had quite enough laser sessions with them so far and i am having great results. They are all professional and they make me feel comfortable. The laser costs are affordable. Particular attention goes to Zahra. The last sessions I had with her were painless but with longer lasting results. She was very accurate and she made sure to do her best to ensure a better result and i can confirm she did it. I have instantly requested for her to my next sessions again. :) Thank you! I’ve had over 10 laser treatments at this branch over the past year and utterly regret my decision to pre-pay for my treatments! From not being able to book appointments because the staff would not answer the phone, to cancelling my appointments while I was on the way to attend, I have seen it all at this clinic! The managers are very rude and every time I’ve requested to speak to the manager, it would be a different face! Surely you cannot have 10 managers!!!… And in my most recent and LAST session, the therapist stopped my laser treatment in the MIDDLE of the session while I was fully naked because she was told that I hadn’t paid for the session. She began arguing with me while I was in this state saying I hadn’t paid and she would not continue. I logged onto my account on the Laser Clinics website and showed her the booking and confirmation but she said she couldn’t continue and that I needed to speak to the manager at the reception. I got dressed and spoke to the ‘manager’ who was on duty at the time and showed her the confirmation and informed her that when I finished the treatment before (my second last treatment) the therapist confirmed my appointment and acknowledged that the next session was paid for and that would be my last one. The manager was unable to locate payment on the system and after going back and forth for over half an hour she said ‘I’ve dealt with it’. I then asked what would happen with the rest of the session as I still had half my body left to do, she said it was fine and the therapist went back and finished off the treatment. I would NOT recommend this clinic at all and I’m utterly confused as to why and how it is still running! Save yourself money and all the headaches and go elsewhere!!
Had my first hair removal session at Laser Clinics. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who made me feel very comfortable and safe. The results are actually surpassing my expectations as I saw a dramatic hair reduction after the first session. Barely nothing grew back. I’m really pleased with the clinic and would recommend it to anyone.
I saw Layla at a different clinic and I followed her to Laser Clinic. She is meticulous to detail and takes her time understanding my skin condition and what I need. She is very caring and welcoming, and always remembers the finer details. I haven’t always had the best experience at other clinics and I recommend Layla to anyone who is a little nervous about skin treatments, she will put you at ease immediately and very knowledgeable.
I had my appointment with Laser Clinics in Westfield Stratford today for first time for Laser vascular single vein. First I had my 1-1 consultation with Aga and she was really helpful! We discussed my skin needs and what it’s the best treatment options for the future! During the laser process, she was explaining me everything and it was quick and painless! She explained me everything around post treatment care and I saw already the results ! Can’t wait for my next session!
