Visited TGIF for a drink, they had 2for1 option/offer which runs all day.. Buy one cocktail and get 2(same), we went for a long island ice tea, it was good but not that strong, for some reason in UK the alcohol percentage is lower in cocktails as compared to Mumbai. Nice big place, but not much crowd even on a Saturday night. They were prepping up for Halloween, hope the event lites up the place..

Surprisingly good for a chain. Food was better than I'd expected - the shortrib fajita was an actual bone in shortrib. Nachos very tasty. My son enjoyed the cheese donuts and his burger very much. Millie, our server, was super friendly without being overbearing. It wasn't cheap. Shortrib fajita was Β£24. Given that shortrib as a cut of meat is on the lower end of the scale, this should be reflected in the price. Can of Dr Pepper was over Β£4, bottled cider was Β£7. Total bill was nearly Β£90 for two of us - two starters, two mains, two Dr Peppers and one cider.

Do not go!!! Poor service, just teenagers servers (no management), floors sticky all the way to the toilets, others tables not cleared for the whole time duration, toilets horrible - Went there after travelling north to Trinity to treat my daughter, host did not acknowledge me, told us to wait although restaurant was empty, ordered waited 40 mins for food, had onion rings was told I needed to pay Β£1 for BBQ sauce - see pic same tub that my daughter got her beans in (2 tablespoon) - toilet locks all broken. Twice the next to us table was seated and they walked out. PLEASE AVOID, Save your hard earnt money...

The restaurant is an American diner style and has a bar to one side of it. On sitting down you get a menu of burgers and if you have children the also a colouring book. The food tastes nice but I wouldn't say the best burger I have ever eaten. I prefer slightly smokey cooked burgers. Especially as each burger is on the pricier side. On the day we went service was extremely slow. There was enough survers so I think it was actually the speed of the kitchen that made the time. If it is your birthday they will also come and sing at your table.

Food was absolutely amazing, but the service at this TGI is ridiculous. Staff are stood around talking to each other so you don’t get served for half an hour and then when you do order food they bring your main at the same time as your starter so it’s sat there going cold! Not one member of staff were polite here and should definitely learn some customer service!

12.95 for a flat burger and pot of some sauce. The side salad was extra which was a pile of lettuce and a bit of tomato. Disgusting price. Won't be going here again I'm sure I had same on a trip to Sheffield and it was a lot nicer. Nice reply from them but as I said I will not be going to you again..awful.

My experience of TGI Fridays is amazing! The only thing I could fault is sometimes they do take abit longer than they should do but the food spot on! And drinks/cocktails! Great for birthday parties.

An absolute dream of a restaurant. They serve a plethora of delicious drinks and cocktails along with food that has care put into it. On the menu there’s burgers, chicken, fajitas, pasta and even vegan options. The wait can sometimes be long but this place is so popular it’s worth the extra wait. Better to have food be good than rushed. Waiters and waitresses are always super-eager to help and will accommodate most anything. Atmosphere and decor is splendid, resembling a vintage American style. They also sing if it’s someone’s birthday which is sweet. Would so highly recommend this place to anyone in the area; visiting or local. It’s such a cuisine heaven!
