Stayed twice recently - convenient for London with Elizabeth line 10 mins by Uber (£10), free car parking and easy M4 access. Excellent staff with good breakfast - room £50

We booked an accessible room as both of us are disabled. Upon arrival we were told the door card for our room wasn't working and we wouldn't get a door card until the next day, but staff could let us into the corridor and room when we needed. When we arrived our room we found twin beds rather than a double, but those twin beds could be hooked together and the mattresses zipped together. Thankfully one of us is mobile enough to do this. But the room only had single bedding, so we asked at reception if double bedding could be provided, they seemed confused by this request and I had to confirm that we required double bedding, they said to return to the room and someone would bring double bedding. A double sheet and duvet cover was provided, but no duvet. I asked if they could get a double duvet as well as it's the middle of December, I was told he would go look. When he returned I was told there were no double duvets, but a staff member would be able to get one for us tomorrow. How can a hotel not have enough double duvets to supply every room. So we have no duvet for our first night here. The staff members did not make the bed, only supplied the bedding, which for any hotel it's bad to get your guests to set up their own room, even worse when it's an accessible room with 2 guests with mobility issues.

Fantastic hotel for a Heathrow Airport family drop off! Only 10 mins from airport, great room, comfy beds, friendly staff and a 24 hour bar. Room was a great price too. I highly recommend this hotel as we had a trouble free stay and will surely book again.

awful. bed sheets and pillow covers dirty. room dirty. sink full of water and I had no way of unplugging when we arrived. receptionist was good and tried to help, but was busy. he managed to instruct me on emptying sink, which involved putting hand in the liquid (I hope it was just water).

We stayed here as it was central to meeting friends from the airport as we have moved away. We found it clean plenty of parking cheap and no frills. Bfast very good plenty of choice staff absolutely go out of their way to help, only one thing the rooms really need a chest of drawers as there is no where to put clothes other than hanging space. When we come back down from Yorkshire we would have no hesitation staying here again.

Staff all fine. One person checking people in, taking drinks orders and serving at tables is not enough or fair on them. Rooms are good for the price. Parking is terrible as is a shared car park with a gym so too few spaces. But do not stay in room 126 unless you enjoy the sound of a heater/ventilation unit/boiler (?) running all night and creating the sound of a loud hairdryer all through the night....

Terrible security and management. We had staff vehicles broken into and tools stolen; not to mention other vehicles on the site having the same during the following two weeks we were there. A security hut at the entrance along with security cameras does absolutely nothing. From what we hear, this is ongoing and nothing has been put in place to help prevent it. A hot spot for theft. Fire alarms being set off by undesirable guests between 12 and 3am - staff unable to manage the people. Drunk fights in the little hotel bar. Needless to say we won’t be putting our workforce back in this hotel. Absolutely awful. It’s not travelogical - it’s the worst choice you will make so far this year.

I stayed here recently for a short stay for work. Without a doubt the best part of my stay was the breakfast and service that was given to me during my stay. Violeta was very friendly and served a very delicious breakfast buffet, cannot fault it in any way. I would definitely recommend and will be revisiting again in the future when in the area .

Great location. Rooms quite small but clean and well presented. Breakfast basic and dining area a little congested. Overall good value for money stay.

Fabulously friendly staff must be the 1st thing to write! Then we can get down to the room with burnt carpet. With ripped chair upholstery. With doors that slam (every one!). And be aware: this is not a place for an extended stay if you want the room/bathroom/loo cleaned more than once every SEVEN days. They offer to "refresh towels tea/coffee and bins" but don't make a mess you cannot live with for a week. Or have a change of bedding. If only all this was explained on the booking portal...
