   Here for overnight stay with parking. Bar food was good, place feels freshly painted and was clean. Room comfortable if basic. Crazy restrictions to TV in room - no HD channels, no apps, no port access and screen mirroring non functional

   I stayed here for the night pre an early morning flight from Heathrow Terminal . The staff were great. The room had all you needed with a once of lifetime view of the runway at Terminal 5. Best of all though was the pods that cost around £9.00. Lovely and fast way (took no more than ten minutes) to get to Terminal 5 and saved me around £20.00 in taxi fees. Definitely worth a night stay if you have a early flight from Heathrow Terminal 5.

   Confortable bed, very big TV in the room. Simple and clean. I stayed in the ground floor, but they have rooms on the 1st floor too and there are no lifts. The bar and restaurants service are decent, located in the 1st floor (no lift). Staff is helpful. Great location, just 5 mins from the hotel to Heathrow T5 with their Pod service that operates from 4am. Otherwise, you can get a bus at the hotel Premier Inn main entry which also operates from 4am.

   Great for the Heathrow Terminal 5 and for a night before early flight. The hotel is old. But the rooms are clean. People who work here are super friendly and professional, helpful. They helped me and answered ALL my questions. Respect for that! Unfortunately I had neighbours in the corridor who did not give a sh*t about other guests and we're banging doors all night. It's not the hotel fault, so have earplugs just in case. The BEST PART is travel on the POD to LHR terminal 5 at 5am for only 8.25£. 7 minutes and I was at the terninal. Beautiful!!! And the room price was very good for being that close to the airpot.

   This is a brilliant location and great value for a T5 hotel. If you book well in advance, the value for money and convenience of being a 5 minute pod from Heathrow is excellent. Rooms are nothing special but clean and have all the facilities you require for rest before a flight. Staff are always helpful.

   This is perfectly adequate for what it is. Great system with the pods, super easy to get to and from Heathrow. Great view of one of the runways if you like that. Nice pub, big outdoor patio for good weather. Breakfast is a good deal for £10pp. Only downside is that there’s no lift, if you are disabled or have loads of bags then ask for a downstairs room.

   It's somewhat dated and the rooms are very well hidden. The restaurant is very good and very reasonably priced. Breakfast is good with a reasonable choice. It's not a 5 star experience but to stay at the airport at the price is good. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Big plus is the pod direct to T5 for a few quid. Would def stay again.

   I wanted a good value hotel close to terminal 5. Massive comfy bed, great shower, good staff, good location, good value. Lots of bus options to T5. Slightly dated fittings and the sound proofing wasn't great (some noise through door and walls), but neither was a significant issue. Overall, good value and I would go again.

   Great runway view but a tired room and building that needs updating. The bar and restaurant offers amazing views and a brilliant experience but the food was all frozen and bland - expensive! The room was small but well equipped. However, cleanliness wasn’t great with sticky marks all over my window and mirror. For T5 it’s very convenient.

   To begin with there is no elevator for second floor. The staff may help you to bring your luggage to the room but its still inconvenient. This hotel does micro economics to its guest. Asking for extra towels, pillows they may charge you. No refrigerator in the room. No microwave. Complementary breakfast is one person only per room. Rooms are very small. Parking is paid and you have to pay to get in and out of the hotel parking. Had to make the reservation multiple times during the stay. No communication among the staff or update in the system to show number of days I booked. Never get to see the manager who arranged my booking over the phone despite i requested to meet her. Customer service is single star. Hotel shows age quiet a bit. This would be my last option for my next stay.
