Lovely accommodation for the economic migrants, nice and warm, plenty of food all provided by UK tax payers. Now accepting new applications for Deliveroo, Just eat and Uber eats.

Went here for a special beauty and the beast themed lunch with my daughter. Staff were amazing and the food was delicious. My daughter had an amazing time and although this was a few years ago, I would highly recommend their special event luncheons.

I wish I would have booked another hotel close to the airport. My husband and I arrived late at night to the hotel following a flight and we were only staying overnight as we were due to fly out the following day. When we arrived we were the only people in reception and based on where the entry to reception is it was very obvious that we had entered reception yet the reception staff didn't acknowledge us for a solid minute and when he finally did it was in no way friendly. We had booked the room with breakfast however were not told when/where breakfast was served and ended up missing breakfast service. The hotel is tired and in need of a renovation. When we got to our room the window had been left open and the room was filled with mosquitoes and bugs. The pillow was paper thin and I had to use my jacket to add bulk. My husband showered first the following morning however the plug in the bath got stuck and was unable to be opened so I was not able to have a shower. We ended up leaving earlier than we had planned due to our bad experience. When we got to reception to check out we waited 10 minutes however no-one was at the front desk and no-one came so we put our key in the check out box and left. We definitely expected better for a Mecure hotel. Also, I am not one to leave bad reviews - please check my other reviews for proof, but I felt others need to be aware of our experience here.

Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food. The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet. Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.

Stayed 1 night following an in house party. We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available. Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary and also so we could visit Windsor. It was fabulous. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. It is very clean, plenty of parking, easy to check in, room was a good size, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Having a balcony was great. We had a fan in the room which was essential as the weather was very warm.We had breakfast both mornings which was excellent. There are choices and no problem if you want to make requests. The bar area is welcoming and relaxing with a garden at the back. Even though the hotel was full it felt so calm and relaxing. There were no children when we stayed but children are catered for. It had a good atmosphere. I would 100% stay here again, couldn't fault it. The staff should be very proud of the fantastic service they provide.
