Quick bus ride (no shuttle, paid van pretty expensive) from Heathrow. Good but expensive sports bar. Excellent buffet. Nice fitness room. Some rooms are getting a bit tired in their upkeep. Reasonable price for quality.

Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff

Stayed overnight whilst attending the Anti-Counterfeit Group conference with Lighthouse Security. The Sheraton Skyline is excellent for conferences with large numbers of people and the facilities and hospitality are very good. As a Bonvoy Gold I was treated to an upgraded room which was large, with a most comfortable bed and bedding. A very good conference and enjoyable stay.

The manager needs to get on top of the staff for customer service. In my group many people were waiting half an hour for drinks and the staff in the old pool area were just chatting. Reception staff great as were the very good room staff. The breakfast was OK, some items were cold and bacon ran out very quickly. The staff do not seem able to keep up when you are busy as they were on our visit. We had a function in your main room and the lady looking after our table was brilliant, I'm afraid I do not remember name but she was a young Indian woman in education.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sheraton Skyline Hotel, Heathrow. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from Heathrow Airport, with easy access to train stations, bus stops, and major roads .. perfect for both travelers and transit. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and the beds are hands-down the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, making it hard to get out in the morning! The staff provide exceptional service.. friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything. I especially loved the best rooms with stunning views and thoughtful amenities that make your stay feel luxurious. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality.

Nice hotel, service is excellent from reception staff to breakfast staff. Club lounge is good especially Effy who provides great service. Rooms have a classic feel to them. Location is great with access to Heathrow Airport only being a short bus/taxi ride away.

Not a great experience. The hotel was nice. The staff were very nice and the only reason I gave 3 stars was the receptionist lady. The restaurant was a joke. I paid £100 for 2 adults and 2 children. The beer taps were broken. The tables were sticky. The staff had attitude and the burgers were a cheap joke. This sports bar was totally out of place in this hotel. I wish I want the the Indian restaurant now. The staff they have exploded have destroyed a good idea. Texas burger said home made. I don’t think it was. The steaks were cooked by amateurs. The real think that made it worse was I then flew to America with near perfect food everywhere and amazing service. It really shows how bad our restaurants and hotels are becoming in the uk. This place was not cheap in price but I’m quality it was very cheap.. Sheraton need to shape up and get rid of this restaurant…

Room was fine, service at bar was very slow, but otherwise staff were very polite. My main issue with this place is the parking. We bought a stay and fly package, thinking our car would be safe here while we were on holiday - they state CCTV and patrols. However, when we returned we had a nasty shock finding our catalytic converter was stolen. The hotel has done nothing and has not responded to the complaint made. A very expensive and disappointing end to our amazing honeymoon.

We booked a double bed room for two adults and two young kids. They charged us £15.00 per night to park the car. We paid £30.00 for two nights on top of the room booking pricep. This price is for car park for the residents of the hotel. The layout of the rooms is terrible and very difficult and frustrating to find. We tried to access room service with no answer no matter how much we held the line; so I left my wife ringing on the room service and I made my way to the ground floor where the reception is based and told them about us trying to get to room' service, so they called them and ordered what we needed in 20 seconds. We got our order in half an hour even though it was only 'ice cubes'. The following day our young son fell very ill due to a stomach bug, so we asked the reception got simple medicine which they told us that we can get it in the Fuel Garage which according to them was 5 minutes walking distance. I went and walked more than 15 minutes but could not find any fuel garage in sight so I went back asking them and they insisted it was only 5 minutes away. I explained that I walked in the right direction they pointed me to take until I reached the Renaissance and Novotel hotels which were more than 15 minutes walking distance but they insisted it was even further away from those two hotels which meant that they just wanted to send me away at that moment. I found that was very rude. At the day of departure I had to leave early to go to work and left my wife to pach the luggage. After finishing packing my wife called the reception to send someone to help get the luggage downstairs; but again half an hour passed and no one came and the reception stopped answering our phone calls. When my wife went downstairs carrying our very sick son and dragging the daughter and was pushing one luggage then going for the other went to the main desk to complain the lady behind the counter said a meaningless "sorry for that". The porter then on the hotel entrance jumped to help her. I need to stress that we paid a lucrative tip when any of the staff was helping us. The hotel has a big contract with Heathrow to host all cabin crews of coming airplanes and that made them careless for other passengers. Out verdict: avoid booking at this hotel by any means. We will never do the mistake of booking in this hotel again. Louie and family.
