Perfect location for visiting London, just steps from Ealing Broadway station. Clean rooms and a good continental breakfast. The neighborhood is quiet and there are plenty of places to eat. I recommend The Grove and Santa Maria Pizzeria.

I frequent Xanadu, at the bar mostly as a walk in. I love how the new renovations look. The space is inviting but luxurious. I can't speak for the drinks as I always order tea. Justin, our server always meets myself and my friends with a warm welcome from behind the bar and brings us our tea pots with a smile. Just what you need after a long day at work. I would recommend Xanadu for anyone wanting to wind down with some killer tunes and a cocktail at the end of a busy week

It’s not a good hotel. It doesn’t look nice, doesn’t feel nice and doesn’t even smell nice. I’m not sure it’s even trying to… Equipment in the room looks like right after a big party. If I had to make this feedback shorter, I’d sum up my stay somewhere between “disgusting” and “not recommended”.

Hotel Xanadu is a Lovely & Stylish hotel with a nice bar and wonderful staff. It is well located in Ealing Broadway, close to the Picturehouse and tube station. Very easy to get to from Euston and not expensive at all. Highly Recommended

Stayed here many times over many years before the pandemic. Recently returned to stay 1 week. I booked quite early but closer to the date, the rate dropped by 30%. Anyway, the hotel still provides good service and the hot chocolate and biscuits in the room that I looked forward to everyday when i stayed here. Except that now I don't get the Scottish shortbread. And sometime the housekeeping do forget to top up. Staff are nice at the reception and the restaurant. Theo helped me with my room. Victoria ensured that the bad looking stain in my toilet bowl was removed with a more suitable brush. And Ann at the restaurant who handled two elderly with a lot of respect and sensitivity to their needs. I was impressed. The continental breakfast was very good. Nice bread. Doughnuts. Fruits. Cereal. Salad. Tea and coffee. Juices.

Great location, super friendly service, WiFi worked well. Room was a bit dated and worn; small things like the curtains having tears in them, or the uncomfortable bed being a couple of single mattresses shoved together and called a queen size. Single sheet and heavy winter blanket meant it was impossible to get really comfortable at night.
