Overall, the team at reception are friendly and ever willing to help and accommodate you. An iron and hair dryer is provided at reception. The location of the hotel is a long 13-15 minute walk to a London underground tube, depending on the person-becomes very tiring if a bus is not taken. The rooms are very small, this includes the bathroom. You have to close the door when you shower to avoid the steam getting to the fire alarm and triggering it but there is minimal ventilation in the bathroom while showering which makes it difficult to breathe. After requesting for towels to be replaced, one would expect the room to be vacuumed and stocked with hand wash and body wash, this was unfortunately not done. A maggot was also found crawling in the bed on one of the days. Experience was unpleasant.

Stay here frequently as visit someone in ealing hospital. Ive stayed in different rooms some better than others. Overall though staff are great never had any issues. Location is good, breakfast is good could be hotter but it is a buffet style. Rooms are basic but what you need for short stays just a few that were a bit dated, or could have been cleaned better.

This hotel is great because of the service from the team! The main reason I have stayed here so many times is because of flawless and welcoming service from Nadia. She makes checking in so easy and always remembers your name and favourite room. She makes staying in hotel feel like a home from home rather than just another hotel. You should recognise her for her amazing service and the way she always goes above and beyond to look after guests. Nothing is ever too much trouble. She is amazing and it’s hard to find dedicated people like her in hospitality now day. Thank you Nadia

Affordable hotel, at great place, with a predictable standard I usually use this hotel when visiting London (and always prefer Travelodge in other cities). I appreciate the predictable standard (all Travelodges rooms are similar, you know what to expect wherever you are) and at this particular Travelodge: - the location (many restaurants, shops, tube station etc. nearby), - the friendly and helpful staff (Morri, Sebastian, Nadine and others; sorry friends I do not remember all your names ;-)) and - usually the very affordable price comparing to other Travelodges in London. Ealing Broadway, the huge crosroads of public transport is nearby (10 minutes by foot or two stops by bus if you're lazy as me sometimes ;-)). Not only shops and a lovely shisha lounge Amiri, but also a large shopping centre (with a parking) just few hundred meters from the hotel.

I booked this hotel for one week, and I was especially impressed with the receptionist, Nadia, who was so friendly and kind. However, when my key didn’t work, one of the ladies, who is a supervisor, didn’t help me and told me to wait until the reception people arrive. I waited more than 15 minutes. It was not a great experience, but after that, Nadia helped me so much and let me into my room. The hotel's location is great, and the reception staff are very kind and lovely.

It was ok. Room and bed were smaller than I expected from room description and window looked out on to a wall. Bathroom floor was a little grubby in places and shower gel needed refilling. However a quiet and restful sleep and the hotel is well located for west London attractions. Very good dinner and breakfast options nearby (few minutes walk).

Room facilities well maintained, furniture quite new and clean. Giving 1 star as the room was freezing with that old AC machine trying to catch up and never getting the room warm. AC ran for 30 mins then switch off. Really bad experience here for people vulnerable to low temperatures

Easy to find and access. The staff's are friendly and helpful. We were suppose to checkout by 12pm however our van to airport is at 4pm. So we ask the receptionist if we can leave our luggage and come back to pick it up, the receptionist says that he can help up to 2pm. So we manage to roam luggage free around London city few more hours before going to airport. Request for top up on tissue, empty bin and cleaning but it seems the signage hanging by the door does not do its job. Hopefully this matter can be improve. Other services are tip top.

Rooms are clean & quiet. The staff is very helpful. My husband and I stayed over 8 days. Nadia was very helpful when we extended our stay to make the transition to a better room perfect. Thank you Nadia! Great job! Travelodge was our temporary home. Close to great restaurants & shopping.

Great service from Hussein & Nathan at the bar. Lady receptionist was excellent, sorry we didn’t get her name but had a head scarf on. Rooms are great and looking forward to our 2 night stay.
