Gemma is a fantastic physio! She quickly identified the root of my pain and gave me a clear stretching routine that actually worked. Gemma also gave me acupuncture for an issue I’ve had in my elbow which I found very beneficial. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout. I feel better than I have in months. Highly recommended.
Gemma is an empathetic physio and a good listener. She went through all my symptoms in detail and was able to diagnose and explain my pain. She gave me tailored exercises to do, then added to and changed them as appropriate during the course of treatment. I highly recommend her.

We would thoroughly recommend Gemma. She visited my husband (J) after his hip replacement operation when he was really struggling with walking with crutches and couldn’t manage stairs. She was very professional, took a thorough medical history before encouraging J to practice with the crutches and showed him how to safely manage stairs. She left him with exercises to do and has seen him about every two weeks. She has been today and discharged him, we are very pleased with his progress as is Gemma. We would like to thank her for all her help.

Gemma was excellent and professional from the very first email enquiry up to the end of the treatment course. She came to the house and did an initial assessment on my shoulder and then explained a couple of possible therapy options. One was massage and exercises the other was acupuncture. I went for massage and exercises. Gemma was very good at explaining each step of the therapy and assessments which helped put me at ease. She was always on time and well prepared. Her demeanour is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend
