Location was ok as close to the station however, the room was dirty, broken mirror frame, random stray hairs on the bed, loose toilet seat, "fresh" towels that smelt fair from fresh, several dead flies on the window sil (unadvertised complimentary brekfast) the whole building stank of weed which became stronger throughout the night and not a staff member in sight, AVOID! Want my money back, no response from OYO to my feedback so far

The location is okay, but everything else was disappointing. The place is really noisy and we never saw a single staff member during our entire stay. When we arrived around 9 p.m., there was no one there and no access code had been sent to us. Our phones didn’t work in the UK, so we couldn’t call the hotel — thankfully, a kind traveler helped us get in touch. The bathroom had a terrible smell, and you have to keep the door closed all the time. The neighborhood is also quite loud.

Dangerous, dirty and disgusting. Hotel is above a nightclub so you will be disturbed until 4 am. We booked 2 rooms, both were dirty. One room had bed bugs to ruin your night, the other had a horrible smell. We found mouldy eggs in the fridge and grated cheese in the bedside drawer! The towels were dirty and the shower needed cleaning before using. To top it all was the unsecured wardrobe that actually fell on one of us when opened!

Really basic but clean enough. Main complaint was entrance which was a very steep grubby staircase off the street, felt like we were being shown in to a drug den. But once in the room it was ok.

We spend a couple of nights at the hotel. The room was very clean and the location was very good, very close to the Willesden Junction tube station. You can see it is a family business and they were doing their best to make us feel comfortable. As an example, the Netflix was not working on the TV in the room so we contacted reception. After a few minutes, the receptionist came after going through two floors of steps to try to fix it, when we realised he had cast in one of his legs

Great clean and tidy rooms very well decorated and very well stocked with complementary drinks, well located to train station and friendly staff willing to go above and beyond uppon request, will definitely stay again.

Very comfortable room and specially bed. And room is nearby to Wilesden Junction train stations. In the night, just there may be loud noises around the room. Except this, room and staff very simple, accessible and comfortable. Finally, videos is very helpful to us for find a place and check in/out. Thank you!

The room was spotlessly clean, and have everything you need for a basic stay - bed, kettle , desk & chair, wardrobe and tv. The shower was nice, hot and powerful and the service was great. It is near the bus stop and Train station so access to central London is so easy. there are lots of local shops and there is Supermarket next to hotel it was so handy .
