I booked the Family Studio room through AGODA in September and after i booked only i read the comments here. The comments are soo awful and makes me to email AGODA and ask for refund in case the place are not suitable to stay. I bring my kid and infant, of couse im worried. So, we lowered our expectations and just come first. To our shock, the room are so good. It is spacious, bed sheets are clean, functioning kitchen and microwave which very important to my baby and got Netflix on the smart TV. Of course there are some lacking such as rocking table, old looking furniture but all are working and good, what do you expect from a 2/3 stars hotels?. This is good enough for us as we are a frequent traveller. If you expect a 5 stars hotel treatment, of course you will be dissapointed. I think I am obligated to share this as a fair review since we have a great stay here. But still, this is my personal experience for the Family Studio level 1 room, I am not sure about others. I also read most bad reviews are from basement room. For me in the 1st floor room, we love it. They also cleaned the room nicely every 2 days, I stayed for 10 days and it is good enough for me. The tube station also very near, about 3minutes walk to Hammersmith Station and only 5 stops to Picadilly Circus which is very good. I am going to show the real pictures and it is messy because of my things but you guys can see and judge for yourself. I wish good luck to this hotel and surely will come again anytime I'm in London

wow what a place. i stayed in the wonderful w6 for a full two weeks and it was nothing short of the best two weeks of my life. getting to my room was like a maze of fun through all the doors, excellent!! there was constant creaking noises throughout the night provided a sort of white noises other hotels struggle to match, and lovely people leaving bright and early in the morning were an excellent alarm ensuring i could get barricade to the local spoons. overall this hotel was the best place i could’ve stayed for my first two weeks in london and thus i could not recommend this place more to any travellers or people looking for a sneaky night away.

The W6 rooms are really dated, the furniture was literally falling apart, and the cleanliness was questionable at best. There were stains everywhere, and the whole place just felt gross. Despite a 2-night stay, they didn’t bother to service the room at all. It’s clear they simply don’t care. With so many affordable options in the area, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I booked it before reading the reviews - then got nervous. Upon arrival the staff were incredibly accomadting and helpful. The room was great, ended up booking 2 more nights, it was comfortable and convenient. There was some wear and tear in a couple of places, but nothing that terrible. Will be booking again and already referred it to friends!

We booked a room just for one night as we were attending a concert at Eventim Apollo. Out room wasn't up to expectations, pictures were misleading. It badly needs renovating, and in-depth cleaning. Didn't get a good night's sleep as it was noisy. Our room was in a different building as the hotel itself, at the basement, about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. And there were only two rooms next to each other. The other guest was in and out of the room all night, banging with everything. The outer door had a number lock, but it was broken, so we couldn't lock it. If I wasn't with my partner, I definitely wouldn't feel safe there. On the other side, there was a working fridge, microwave, kitchen sink with a washing up liquid, pots, pans, cuttlery. Also there was clean bedding, clean towels, warm water, lots of complimentary shower gels, shampoos, mini soaps, kettle, toaster, coffee, mini cream pot for coffee in a fridge. The room was near shops, restaurants, and in a short walking distance to the concert venue. The receptionist was polite and friendly. So, it had it's good points. But I will not stay there again.

First visit here even though a few niggly issues which I bought to reception attention when leaving it was on the whole a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and tidy in a quiet area, bed was comfortable even with the cooker and fridge right beside. It's enough for a single person to enjoy

The bed had a smell, the room was barely clean, the furnishings were dated and mostly broken; TV was broken with no remote, fridge didn't close because freezer didn't close, tiles were broken in the bathroom and hand rails were barely hanging in the wall. The hot water was unreliable. It was basically a private room in an ok hostel but more expensive. The staff were accommodating but not the friendliest. Would not recommend. The only convenience was the close location to the bus and train station.

We didn't have the best hotel experience. At first we got an underground room full of moisture and in a really bad condition. We requested a change if possible and they gave us another room. It was in better condition but still far from the executive rooms shown in the photos. You could hear the flush of the other room toilet, and some sounds from the steps. Also there was no hair dryer and we had to request to get one. On the positives, it has a good price for London, it's in perfect location, less than 5 minutes from Hammersmith station Which has 4 lines to transport in London.

The staff were lovely and very helpful, the location was fantastic. But the room was terrible the bed was broken in one corner so my feet were going down hill. Some was smoking in another room so the stairwell reaked and it was coming into our room. The bathroom wasn't clean and the shower was so small my husband couldn't close the door and he's not a big man the towels have make up stains. I wouldn't recommend this place
