Excellent location if you don't want to be in Central London but want easy access to it via bus, underground or walking. Hotel & bar staff were all excellent & friendly - they especially made my son feel very welcome. We only had breakfast onsite & bar snacks, and as vegans the options weren't many but they were good. Room was basic but very comfortable - it was also very quiet & we hardly heard any noise. We did not use the onsite parking - it was not run by the hotel & was *very* expensive. Thankfully, we found a much more reasonably priced parking spot via JustPark, less than 5 minutes away (£70 for the whole week, rather than £38/night onsite).

This hotel is extremely disappointing and taking advantage of loyal Chelsea fans. The problems start when booking - as a CFC club member I should be entitled to 20% off my stay. However instead of the discount code being entered at the checkout it is entered when searching a room initially. Whilst it comes up with 'CFC offer' a quick search without the code reveals this to only be around £10 cheaper than the standard room rate. Certainly not a 20% reduction! When I rang to query this with ASR they were unable to help and I was advised that the offer shown was what I was entitled to. The reception staff are brisk and uninterested, bordering on rude. Same with the security staff on the door. The rooms are terrible - peeling wallpaper, mouldy bathrooms, dirty carpet, uncomfortable bed and pillows. One of the worst nights sleep I have had in a hotel. I stayed on business over 10 years ago and the hotel has not changed since. Considering the price was over £300 a night for a standard family room I found the entire experience unacceptable. I love CFC but would not stay here again.

Dated decor, dirty rooms, mouldy bathrooms & zero customer service skills at reception..... A good location but wow this hotel has zero warmth or class. Looks like it has not been updated since the early 00's with its dated decore, bright lights in reception and stock image decals on the walls throughout......clipboards here and there with the Chelsea FC logo clinging to its association with the fine football club. This hotel is anything but. Reception staff are rude. Charged my card twice then refunded in error the whole lot yet kep chasing me with letters ( with my name misspelt) under my hotel room door. The rooms are filthy. Dust everywhere. AirCon vents with clumps of dust coming out and broken tiles, screeches in bath and mould in the dated bathrooms - see pics for yourself. Buffet breakfast was bog standard and the tables and seats are so close to one another. Tv's in hotel room are tiny and kettles mug size. Really and truly a two star hotel. Staff and management should be ashamed of themselves.

Our stay was booked through a third party agency so I was clueless about the hotel being attached or affliated with the Chelsea Football Club! Very basic with few amenities but clean and staff was super helpful. Great security due to aforementioned football team. It was even relatively quiet during a nighttime match. Agree with previous review about not having outlets for chargers near beds etc. also no fridge or chest of drawers to unpack your luggage. Hairdryer is in main room not bathroom because there are no outlets. Also no bar soap or shampoo that isn’t bolted to the wall which made taking a bath a little awkward. Overall pleased with our stay and we weren’t in the room too much. Hearty breakfast offered. Clean!!! Would recommend especially if you are a soccer fan.

Quite a good hotel. Rooms are clean, good English breakfast. At the entrance to the restaurant, you should wait until the staff points you to a table. Security staff may ask you to open your luggage before entering the hotel. There is a bus stop around the corner in a minute's walk, and Fulham Broadway underground station (district line) is a five-minute walk away.

I have booked here a few times now, lovely hotels and fantastic atmosphere especially if Chelsea are playing home, the hotel staff are very experienced and friendly, the accommodation is lovely, clean throughout the grounds, food great, lovely stay both times. Pricing is reasonable especially if you are millennium account member as this gives you great savings! I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends :-) no matter what the stay is for.

Nice hotel, outside there’s 24/7 security because of the stadium. Rooms are quite big but i got two single beds instead of a big one like requested. There’s no fridge, which is weird for a 4 star hotel, you find them in 3 stars hotels. No electric sockets around the beds, air conditioner didn’t work and rooms were very cold.

A/C broke down during my first day and was not fixed (although they sent someone to fix). They did not offer me another room claiming they were fully booked. Instead, I was offered a fan (which was OK since I was there during a time where weather was pleasant). Rooms need to be taken care of. A bit old and needs to be cleaned better. The bathrooms, too, should be cleaned better. I received stained towels. I’ve stayed in other better 4-star hotels. Not sure I’d return. Such a shame, though, as the location is great (close to a subway station and near Kings Road).
