Unsafe to local area, illegal migrants have occupied this place for years now. Rubbish and bikes all over the place. Just Eat drivers, the usual. Never forget what Holiday Inn has done.

Generally, Really lovely friendly staff, from the free shuttle bus driver to the waiters & waitresses. Rooms are a bit dated, with no plug sockets near the bed, (but all on one wall opposite). Nor, a central switch for the lights, meaning one has to unplug and switch off the wall lights before getting into bed. Or taking the entry card out of the power activator holder and finding somewhere safe to put it, in the dark. Showers are showing their age, serviceable, but noisy as if, there might be a power shower unit behind the boxing. Some rooms have lights above the bath, & coffee tables, bottles of water, king size bed and a mars bar! others don't, but have super king size instead. Food is great quality and sufficient qty, a little expensive. But, can offer food until 10pm. Has had a number of power cuts over a two week stay, but they only lasted a few hours and during day light hours.

Boycott all holiday inn brands going forward - they’ve sold the contract to all their properties to the government and expect paying guests to return. Not a chance. One quick google will tell all. Avoid and boycott like most people will be doing.

Fairly average Holiday Inn that could do with a lick of paint. The rooms aren't that clean and there's months and months of dust and rubbish under the beds and sofas. It's pretty grim, housekeeping can't be bothered to clean properly. Reception or office staff cannot take instructions despite being asked twice by different people to not reallocate rooms because of a late check in. On the plus side the food is very good with a good selection. Bring your valuables into the room with you, this hotel is notorious for break-ins, especially vans.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and fine. Nothing fancy. Our room had a double bed and a sofa bed. The double bed was fine but the sofa bed was pretty terrible. The location was not super close to the center of London but we knew that when we booked. Only a 15-20 minute tube ride to Leicester Square. There was a shuttle bus that took you to the nearby mall or the tube station. Drivers all great. The only problem is that they only serviced a few hours a day and if you wanted to be picked up you had to call them. There was nothing in the immediate vicinity like a bar or cafe or convenience store. But the hotel had a bar at least! But is a Good to stay i recommended.. From Canada Toronto..

Very nice hotel all the facilities you need they have a shuttle service to and from the underground station. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are really friendly and try make your stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is nice and have everything you want so make sure you check it out when you can I would definitely recommend this place.

Nice clean comfortable hotel. Its part of a chain so somewhat governed by what it can provide. In my opinion it is a comfortable Hotel offering home comforts. The beds and bedding were top quality as was the coffee , tea and milk provided in the rooms. In the room was coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, writing desk/ dressing table with a large mirror and an eletric point nearby . The room also had a full length mirror and an easy chair. It was a good size room. The bathroom was en suite with a full bath ,shower , toilet and wash hand basin. Food was good quality with plenty of choice. Self service so eat as much as you like. Catered well for vegetarians. The only draw back was the bar tariff. £3 for a pint of diet coke and £6 for a jack Daniels and coke but you will pay this in any city hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.
