Seems be a good hotel, I enjoy the bar but I was surprised that they can't serve 125ml of wine but they can do it for champagne since is per law the different measures of alcohol must be provided to the customer. besides that I did enjoy the charcuterie board together with the drinks. Francesca took well care of me for the time I was there and David was a warm welcome person

I am so disappointed in this place! It doesn't deserve even 3 star hotel rating! First, it is super old inside. Nothing looks like on the pictures. We were staying in the upgraded room that they gave to us as the first time visitors. All I wanted is to leave this room how old everything was. Nothing was refurbished. Additionally, noone of the plugs were working! We really struggled to get read for our anniversary because of this! Last thing, service was terrible. My partner has asked me to add me to booking of the room which of course didn't happen. I went in and couldn't get a card.

Lovely room and comfy bed but room very dusty and had a neglected air about it. Restaurant was appalling and we had to wait 45 minutes for a main course which arrived without sides. When they did come they were undercooked and our main dish was then cold. Complained but manager completely ineffectual as is all the other staff there. No staff member would take charge and no one appeared to have the power to resolve the issue. We refused to pay for our meal as we felt so badly looked after .. we didnt eat it! They took the money anyway from our card! Disgusting and totally unfair! Told by Reception that we would get a refund but later on this was denied. Was told to email with complaints. Felt utterly bullied and ignored. Breakfast was ok but not what I expect from such an expensive hotel. Dont recommend at all!.

The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Extremely helpful and friendly, as well as patient and accommodating. We were part of a large group and the conference facilities were amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for large meetings. However, the hotel rooms are poor. The rooms are extremely dated with strange stains on the carpet and lampshades. The toilets don’t flush properly. The room service food is AWFUL. It was completely inedible. I don’t know how this hotel costs as much as it does- you could find a hotel for 1/3 the price around Earls Court and much nicer!

We had a poor experience with the service in the bar & restaurant, food and drinks both incorrectly bought out and a long service time despite only being the ones in there. The second night the fire alarm was then set off at 4am, with no real communication or organisation by the hotel staff. If this was a real fire I’d be very concerned about processes that were undertaken. After being told everything was fine, we went back to our floor only to still have all alarms going off, Finally after getting back to the room an hour later. In the morning when we checked out, there was no explanation and it had to be prompted. Only to be told 3 separate stories. 1. Under investigation and they will be in touch (a week later and still no contact) 2. It was an accident. 3. A shower set it off. No compensation / no apologies just check out and go. For a 5 star hotel I wouldn’t say overall service & experience lived up to it. The rooms are great, but everything else is overpriced.

Good location and impressive building and nice lobby, Breakfast was good and staff at breakfast time. We booked rooms with balcony but the view was awful. The suites were reasonably clean, large but very dated and in need of TLC I wouldn’t stay there again and not sure why 5 star.

Really great hotel I do recommend it however just make sure the toilets definitely clean before you use them as Ours were a little dirty, also there was no tea in the bedrooms for the kettle only coffee. However the good is that the rooms are really spacious the sofas are really comfortable as well as the beds. One of a weird thing we had was in the bathroom the hot and cold taps were opposite so the hot would be cold water and the cold would be hot water which I thought was quite weird. I can't say I use the facilities but they did look really good and you know I would recommend the place it wasn't that bad it was good.
