   What a horrendous and disgusting experience. I would call it SW16 ROOMS of Elm Street really. To start with, I booked a room in Norbury, but was given another in Tooting, and guess what filthy stairs and filthy room. Half of my room had no wood flooring. To my horror, the next morning, most of my body had bug bites and I was even bitten in my ear would you believe????? I tried to call the owner, he never picks up his mobile. When I went to the hospital they gave me some kind of cream only and said there was nothing they could do for me. Truly, it was an experience from HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have evidence of what I said just in case. The bites were quite itchy too. Eliza

   Cheap, and 45minutes away from London centrum. Beds were fine, showers were warm but the floor was really dirty. Molt on the walls and on some furniture. If it had been clean, i would give 5 stars. Also the contact person was hard to reach.

   Absolutely terrible experience! We couldn't even stay there for 30 minutes before leaving to go and stay at a friend's house. When we got there, the door was wide open when we got there, there was no one downstairs and we had to WhatsApp someone to ask for our key. When we did get into our room, we saw stains on our sheets, stains on the (heavily cracked) walls, dirty floors, used condom wrappers on the floor as well as dead leaves on the floor... it's summer? How are there dead leaves in Summer? Clearly shows that this place is barely swept. Also, they don't give you covers or a duvet but they don't tell you this. Our shared bathroom shower head was being held together by duct tape and had no toilet paper? Absolutely shambolic! Do not stay here!

   Among the worst places on earth... Took about 20 min to come in because there is no way to contact anyone once your at the front door. Inside, the room was extremly dirty. Lots of dust awaits you under every piece of furniture. In the beds, be ready for a colony of bed bugs. I have 73 bites all over myself! Don't mind asking the owner, he won't respond to anything. The toilets were paperless, and only one was functional (meaning it had a place to sit). Be also ready for a kitchen like you've never seen one. We've seen raw chicken on the counter for 2 days and the trash can never emptied. The smeel of the kitchen is enough to keep you aways from it. DON'T GO THERE.
