   Ignore the poorer reviews. The rooms are nice and clean and hosts perfectly welcoming allowing a much earlier than planned check in. Parking space for two vehicles on site and surrounding street parking is free at weekends. Very convenient location for public transport into the city. Underground within 10 minutes easy walk. Only constructive criticism is no full length mirror in the room.

   The Service was Horrible. If you want to change your sheets and towels it’s minimum after 48 hours of your stay and They Charge You. The staff was so untrained and unprofessional, they even OPENED THE DOOR once at me at 9:45 am without even knocking while I was changing and my checkout is at 10:30 am. So NO Privacy either.

   Booked at last minute, early evening due to short notice meeting. Found the owner's mobile number on the website and asked if I could make a very late check-in. Very helpful, and arranged key safe collection. Accommodation is excellent standard, modern, clean and tidy. Driveway looks like maybe only wide enough for 1 car, but it was available. Good value and convenient for my meeting next morning.

   The staff were helpful. The rooms were clean and decently decorated and they accommodated me bringing a travel cot when it didn't fit in the room I had booked. Also could park right outside, which is perfect when you have children..would definitely recommend.

   Evelina was a pleasure to meet and speak with after we arrived and found out the place was under renovation. The crew working on the rooms were respectful not to start too early. We were in the top room/loft, so if you have mobility issues this would be a challenge. The room was clean and had a nice view of the sunset. The toilet/shower is a bit tight. Overall, an affordable stay by the main strip of Golders Green.

   Nice. However no milk. Tea and coffee and sugar, though. Decor not to my taste at all. Dogs on duvet and pillows, and pariisian scene on the wall. Yuck. Tasteless decor. TV doesn't appear to work. Otherwise ok.

   Very simple Guest House. Warm water didn't work for two days, but they tried to fix it. The shared kitchen did not work out for us, it has been too simple (we found just two Pans and no cooking pots). The room was not cleaned during our four day stay, but that was ok. Very friendly staff, bus station right in front of it.

   Stayed here a week ago. The towels had hair in them from previous guests, the room smelt bad, found past tennants belongings/hygiene products in the dresser, spoke with the owner about it and was told that I’m a liar and that he “deals with people every day and is too busy”. Absolutely no information in the building on hours, who to contact or where the front desk/employees room was for any grievances/questions. Would NOT recommend for anyone that is looking for a hotel that has pride in its work.
