The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly. My suggestions are: improve the breakfast because everything is too limited. Alternatively, check more often that the food isn't finished and restock the buffet. A handle would be useful in the shower because the floor is slippery. the towel warmer didn't work in my room. in a hotel of this level, the bathroom should have a bidet THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

The hotel building and facilities have been well restored and are immaculately maintained. The location is outstanding. Unfortunately the rooms all appear to be very small. Breakfast offerings are limited

Our experience here was fantastic. We were welcomed into the building with such nice service and the room was clean and tidy but lovely additions such a the massaging bed and the rose petals. It's in a lovely location with views of the garden and overall was an enjoyable stay. Only thing I can think to improve would be how continental breakfast was served. The room in general was a strange layout and the instrumental music with the fish tank playing didn't match the vibe - we felt it should have been a soft jazz to match the morning vigour. Also, the selection of foods was strange with not enough variety for the level of quality that the hotel exudes. We will definitely return in the future.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and very tech-savvy rooms. We have now stayed here twice and were very pleased each visit. There is bar service if desired and the rooms have a number of fun features like a glassed-in shower that can have the glass darkened for privacy. The location is central without being crazy busy/loud. A very special plus - access to the locked garden in the center of the square available only to Eccleston Square residents. Perfect for a morning stroll, especially in spring when the remarkable camellia collection is in bloom. One word of warning: rooms are small with limited storage space but then this is London, after all!

Room was quite hot. Had to open French windows but was on first floor so did not feel safe leaving them open to the terrace all night. Bed was harder than I like. Otherwise good room. Slightly over equipped with gadgets but ability to use your own apps on tv is handy. Very convenient for exploring and decent food served late on room service. Breakfast not great for £20. Worth strolling out to cafes. Helpful staff. Good value for area.

I am usually not one to leave reviews for hotels, but I just had to for Eccleston because it was literally one of the best hotel stays I've ever had in my entire life. My friend and I stayed for 3 nights and we mourned when we had to leave, no joke. The staff were so kind and accomodating. The room itself was a great size for two people. The shower was really great. But the best part of the room was the bed. It's the most comfortable bed I've ever had at a hotel and the massage feature and elevation features were phenomenal after having walked all around London. I wish I could've taken the bed with me to our next hotel. The location was also super convenient because it was close to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Station. We didn't have to take a single taxi. All in all, I cannot recommend enough; I would not stay at any other hotel in the price range, Eccleston is it.

This is a most stylish property, with very friendly staff and beautiful rooms. The designers have shown great taste and the property offers a wonderful atmosphere as a result. While rooms were perfectly appointed, they did not offer a good opportunity to get work done, which sadly is important to me. Still, if you don't mind the cost, the hotel will offer a great location, wonderful environment and fantastic staff to make for an amazing vacation!

Very modern, very comfy beds but rooms a bit small. Smart windows (that tint automatically) & smart curtains made it a fun stay. Breakfast is probably better at a pub nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A wonderful location. Small but perfectly equipped rooms. Friendly staff. Powerful showers & stylish decor. Superbly efficient but quiet air conditioning. Extremely comfortable bed... but would have liked a feather pillow.
