We had such a positive experience with this hotel. After being cancelled on by another hotel, the receptionist was so helpful with getting us booked in for last minute accomodation and bag storage at a reasonable price and accommodating all our requests. I couldnβt recommend enough for affordable central London accomodation. Thank you!

For a budget hotel this was fantastic. Easy check in until midnight. Room simple and easy with essentials like kettle and shower gel. Very quiet (which is rare for London hotels!) location is fantastic. There is a vending machine if you want snacks in the reception area. Will book again without hesitation

Smell A bit meldew, I had to live door, window open for a while, clean most places, they don't have breakfast at all, no hair dryer in my room not important for me bc I let air dry my hair, share Batroom and shower but kept clean, Summer price get hight bc booking.com very agressif keep popping up changing your preference and taking over other companies... put 2 people for 1 person, it kept bookking for next year Aug 25 to Aug 26 price instead of now be very careful, or you lose out no refunds, and cheap price are mix share rooms they don't advertise that booking.com... that what make your experience frustrating. Hotel itself is fine but this time bed not confortable at all, very old can feel the metal hurting your back, hard to get up without pain, but I can't complain, got it last minute as emmergency it was a place to sleep nothing more no table and chair in basement, gratefull never the less, staff made up for it, friendly.

A cheap, super affordable hotel that doesn't claim to be fancy in any shape or form - but considering the low price, it gets the job done in a pinch/emergency. Had to stay overnight in London due to the current railway strikes. All of the trains home were cancelled at the last moment, and so we had to book an overnight hotel room and a coach ticket for returning home the following day. For 2 people, we paid Β£69.00 to stay the night and were graciously allowed to check out later than 10am the following morning for an additional cost of Β£10 (we asked to check out at 12pm noon, so 2 hours later than the original check out time). Our room was small but big enough to fit a double bed, whilst the bathroom was a very tiny and slim cubicle that included a toilet, sink/mirror and stand in shower. Both the room itself and the bathroom were clean. Toilet roll, tea/coffee and an electric kettle were provided. No elevator within this building, so you will have to carry your luggage up or down the stairs depending on which floor your room is on. The room and building as a whole were fairly warm/stuffy for a day in January, and so I wonder if it's something to do with the insulation, heating or ventilation within the building itself. Our room was located next to the road, which is a semi-busy street so if you're looking to get some restful sleep, closing the window is a must. Although with how stuffy and warm it tends to get, you may want to try sleeping with the windows open a crack at first. The bed and pillows weren't super comfortable, and took a while to get used to before we were able to doze off. However, considering the price it was still a steal for 1 night in Central London regardless.

Rooms very small and basic but for the price and location you can't complain. Would stay again if I needed to be around the Victoria area. Beds were relatively comfortable. Only annoying things about the room was there were only 2 plug sockets and they were at the other side of the room to the bed and only one of them worked

This is an awful hotel.. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was the size of a match box. There wasnβt even enough room for two of us to change at the same time. The βbathroomβ was barely usable. Massively expensive for what if was. Breakfast was meant to be included - only to be told there is no breakfast. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The hotel is not the fanciest and if you want to complain about something, you can. The room we stayed in was quite small, but cozy - was clean, had a comfy bed and was all you actually need when you are out an about all day. Best things has to be the location. From here you can reach by foot easily the Big Ben, the Buckingham palace and more. In about 5-10min you can reach the Victoria station and get on a tube if needed
