    I booked this place they moved me to another place . I booked it double bed large. they give to me just little bed and in the shower doesn’t have a hot water . Never back

    Absolutely Awful – Do Not Stay Here This was honestly the worst place I have ever stayed. It’s not even a proper hotel — just a house split into 5 rooms, each with a tiny toilet. The room smelled terrible from the moment I walked in, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was zero service — no staff, no one to ask for help, nothing. They didn’t provide any towels at all. And the worst part? No AC. It was so hot inside I couldn’t sleep the entire night. I was drenched in sweat and completely miserable. This place is a complete rip-off. Save yourself the trouble and stay anywhere else.

    First things first. I've experienced different hotels, guesthouse, bnb, etc. Grab a snack. I understand why people are upset. So I'm gonna be balanced. First it's not really a BNB. I'd say it more like self accommodation. staff were very communicative with me, through telephone. I give them that. I stayed 2 nights booked via agoda. 99£ plus a 10£ cleaning fee. Averaging at 49£ per night. Firstly for a 10£ Cleaning fee, the room wasn't cleaned very well. I had someone's hair all over me. Which made me feel awkward sleeping in the bed. Like it wasn't clean. There was a microwave and a fridge which is really nice. Oh, there's also a kitchen. Again that's nice. But, the kettle in the kitchen had mold in it. There are two bathrooms. The master bathroom had a really really really strong smell of urine. It was over powering strong. During my stay, they did bring in a proper cleaner and she did do her best. Let's talk about, at night. And that isn't the fault of management. But it is very very difficult to get sleep. I think they need to put a sign saying quiet on the door. To be fair, they did say that on the notice board in the main hall. But I gather more of the people who stay there don't speak that much English. During the day it's quiet but at night very noisy. And that's not the hotels fault, but keep that in mind. It's difficult to get sleep. They just need to clean better and put an emphasis on noise reduction for other guests.

    AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION AT ALL COSTS, LITERALLY. I paid £700 for a family of 4 to stay at this accommodation as they needed a place to stay urgently for just 7 days. Soon after realising that it was in fact a shared communal bathroom and no actual bed and breakfast, we decided to cancel the booking immediately. I’ve sent countless emails and voicemails. It’s been 5 weeks now that I’ve been requesting a refund. 5 WEEKS. I SPENT £700 of my hard earned money on this bed and supposedly breakfast. We’ve been in contact with staff and I guess the assistant manager who has the worst attitude ever. I haven’t been able to speak to owner. It’s a horrible situation, they’ve literally taken my money and ran with it. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I heard they also have mice in the rooms.

    The total experience was horrible (I stayed there about 1 week). Room: The room was big for one person, but the sound proof was not good enough, easy to hear other rooms' noise Service: At the beginning, the lady was not ftiendly at all. And also, they suddenly asked you to change the room to others, which was not polite at all. Hygiene: The toilet was quite dirty. After voice out, it slightly improved. Safety: It was not safe in one of my night. About 4 people went to my next room in the mid night, they started talking very loud, and cooking at 2am. They turned on the TV very loud. I could not barely sleep. The important is that I never seen them before. They just remembered the password and got into the building. After seeing this, YOU deserve to have better choice.

    Did not get the room I booked. I was not met by anyone, the rooms and facilities extremely poorly finished. I was harrassaed to pay a £10 deposit for key replacement, that was not highlighted at all on the gobooking website, and is odd because you do not require keys because the doors are open by a code (which I kept being giving incorrect codes). Of course I have not received that deposit back. This place is dodgy and expect poor quality. Luckily I only required the room for a few hours.

    The room is clean and everything else is neat, tidy too. I only write this review because of other low rated review that was written before and I was worry before I come BUT NOT anymore after I am staying right now on July 2022. Everything is great especially with this price. They even put microwave and refrigerator that I don't see it in my Marriott Hotel that I stayed last week. For your information, it is a little far from train station and NO air condition for American. Other than that I can't ask for more with this price that is around the same as HOSTELS and NEARER to London than other cheap motels, hotels with your own clean room.

    Disaster,first of all the bed wasn't even whole ,instead two mattresses(cheap ,soft) put together, so we couldn't sleep properly. Second of all,the reception guy is so rude,I have never came across such a service. "Do u want room?",that's what he said. So classy and respectful!!! Customer service and professionalism below zero. Ok, People don't bother please, you won't be happy there. Unless u are very desperate to sleep inside. That's all. Thank you. I write this review because I care about others. I hope you will consider it.

    I was asked to pay additional fees in cash at the property. This was not listed on the original booking form. The listing also does not show the full picture of the property. we were not greeted by the owner and was asked to give my details and sign a form with someone who arrived at the property. upon arrival is was asked to pay a £50 cash deposit not through booking which was completely unacceptable. the property smelled of grease and fish and the bathrooms weren't very clean and were falling apart. I honestly do not think this property should be shown on BOOKING.COM. it was truly poor on all fronts and completely unprofessional. I felt unsafe as there were people constantly coming in and out of the common areas. This has been my worst experience on booking.com by far and I will be directing everyone I know to book through alternate means as I dont believe my safety and concerns about this property have been addressed. I attempted to cancel this booking after reading reviews and was told I could not, but I do now believe that I have been conned and tricked by a few select nice photos showing sections of the property and not the full picture. I have not yet been refunded my deposit.
