Extremely bad room , heating not working, left us in the cold all night , windows not sealed - wind blowing through the room , left in the room only small electric heater which was not enough to heat up your hands; beds very uncomfortable - gave us only one thin pillow per person ; bathroom dirty, gave us only had soap on the bottom of the bottle , no shampoo; tried heating up water fir coffee in the morning - the fuse went off, couldn't even charge our phones; could gear every single car passing by on the road outside and every single step from the room above ; on top of all that when you book through a compare website, they will contact you via Viber , like scammers, and will ask you to pay them cash or via bank transfer , despite you have already paid via the website, and then will cancel your initial payment, and all of that only to avoid paying the website. Extremely poor experience !!!

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a twin room 3 - 4 weeks in advance as I had tickets to see Red Hot Chilli Peppers for Friday 21st June. At 10am on the Friday (an hour before I was to set off on my journey) the hotel called to cancel my room with the reasoning 'maintenance work' despite this never previously being mentioned. They offered no alternative and no compensation and were very unapologetic about the situation. Incredibly disappointed as the trip was a gift for my dad.

Simply a place to put your head down at night, a bit rough around the edges. Main complaint would be the bed, was warped in the middle and not even flat. If you’ve got back problems, stay away. Surprisingly the flat was quiet, no noise issues during the stay. Last gripe with the accommodation was there was no hair dryer. Had booked through Amex, would unlikely stay again but overall a good value stay.

Welcome to 1970, if you love a communal bathroom, leaving a deposit (yes in 2022) and cannabis then this is the one stop shop for you. It looks like a half way house for waifs and strays, we met some colourful characters in the hallway. We were disturbed at 22.00 hrs for the deposit, of which we couldn't see when we booked on Expedia, our eight year old 'was' fast asleep. Our room was on the ground floor on the corner and we were treated to our own episode of fast and furious with lots of blue flashing lights to compliment the loud exhausts and dump valves The room was clean-ish, I'm not sure if it was blood stains on the wall? However, the bed was fresh, TV microwave and fridge were available.

I could give 0 star, totally disappointed, I expected something nice, the same day of the reservation a guy called me and he told me to change the room to different place because something happened with the previous one, when we got there, he tried to do the best but the place was smelling really bad and the room was looking dirty smelling of cigarette, the bed sheet weren't clean, just the bathroom was clean, we enjoyed the service of Netflix and fast wifi but during the night people were making noise upstairs and some were fighting, I can't recommend it, I will not go back there, they need to improve so many things for a good service
