   I had a great stay at Premier Inn London Bromley Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment from the moment you arrive. The room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making the whole experience even better. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to transport links, shops, and local amenities. Overall, this Premier Inn offers excellent value for money, reliable quality, and a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

   We stayed at the Premier Inn in Bromley Saturday 6th December. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant, so very friendly and helpful. She was on again Sunday morning and arranged to store our bags whilst we went out for lunch. The room was an accessible room, it was clean and quiet, and as expected the bed was comfortable. The only Dow side was we only had one large towel in the room - We will stay here again. Thank you

   Had a wonderful weeks stay for work at a really conveniently located Premier Inn. Great access to transport links into London, car parking straight forward and affordable. Room was cosy, quiet and the food downstairs really delicious and expertly cooked. Great variety on the menu and the evening and breakfast food can be combined into a deal, which is handy for a long stay commuter like me. Some of the best food I've had at a Premier Inn. The staff were lovely and even though I arrived on the deadline for dinner ending, they still served me and Denisa was particularly friendly and kind. I will definitely be back, this is my new go to hotel when travelling and working in London, a home away from home.

After a frustrating run-in with Monzo (looking at you, Cookie Monster vibes), where I felt wrongly judged—like a criminal when I’m actually a pensioned-off Royal Marine Commando battling health woes—I rolled up here needing a reset. And reset they delivered, Per Mare Per Terram style. Natasha, Roni, and Ouqhiba? Absolute legends—caring, efficient, and spot-on, like the ultimate “good wife” squad every traveler dreams of when stress hits hard. They handled everything with warmth and zero judgment, reminding me of that timeless wisdom: Know thyself, love thyself, love thy neighbor, and never judge a book by its cover. True pros who turned my freeze-up into a thaw-out. The room was spotless and comfy, but the real MVPs were the seabass (flaky perfection) and crisp apple juice at dinner—simple, satisfying fuel for the soul. Revolut sorted my payments smoothly, no drama. Premier Inn, you nailed it. God bless you all—book here and breathe easy. 10/10, no hesitation.

   Great food and lovely service at Premier Inn Bromley. I recently had a meal at the restaurant in Premier Inn Bromley, and it was a really nice experience. The food was delicious, well-cooked and nicely presented, you can tell it’s made with care. The service was excellent too, the staff were friendly, attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, ideal for enjoying a good meal whether you’re staying at the hotel or just passing by. I’ll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

   Staff were very friendly, polite and welcoming. Food was great very delicious and filling. The room was great very spacious, nice tv, very clean and a comfortable bed. Had a great stay would definitely stay here again. I would recommend to anyone to stay at premier inn Bromley for a good experience

   Stayed for four nights in a very dark room. You had to ask at reception in the morning for fresh towels or room to be serviced. Unfortunately there was never anyone around to ask as reception was closed until 3pm checkin time. Managed to get fresh towels from a housekeeping member of staff who just happened to be on our floor when we returned to our room. Our bathroom was never cleaned or bins emptied during our stay. Not a pleasant stay at all and would avoid a premiere inn for the dreadful service we experienced. They are still using covid as an excuse for not servicing rooms for a stay of two nights or more . There was no around when we left at 9am after our stay to even complain about our uncomfortable stay

   Great nights sleep here. Breakfast was the best I have had for ages. Everything really hot and looked freshly cooked. Car park is under the hotel and the charges are reduced when you stay. You need to get the ticket validated by the desk staff to £5 when you leave or the charge is £20. Staff are really helpful, very polite and friendly. What more could you ask for.

   The best Premier Inn I have stayed in! Firstly and foremost, the staff seem effortlessly happy. Their service is fantastic. A great menu in the restaurant and cooked and presented to perfection. The room is clean and spacious. Overall you easily believe you're in a 5 star hotel, but actually it was really reasonable for a London Borough. I'm back in a few weeks and will only be back here!
