Hotel was very cozy. Cool decor and good service on arrival. Nice amenities provided. Staff very friendly. Did have issues getting hold of someone to talk to about my booking one morning through phone, but management assured they will look into it. Definitely would stay again to support this lovely family business.
"An Utterly Dreadful Experience" My stay at this hotel was a complete letdown from the start. The reception area was unmanned, and the place was stiflingly hot. The room itself was grubby and run-down, with a measly single roll of toilet paper. The room had no proper ventilation; the window looked out onto a brick wall and couldn't be opened, making the room stuffy and unpleasant. The light fittings were dodgy and got rather warm. To make matters worse, the telly didn't work. All in all, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone hoping for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
An unbelievable big let down. As not a comfortable place to be,walked in to a hott place and no one behind desk. The hotel room was dirty and dingy. 1 roll of toilet paper, no fan, the window in my room Has a brick wall on it so can't be opened. No ventilation no air. The light fixtures was not installed properly was very hott. The tv didnt work. Very disappointed
Convenient location and alright room, does the job. Lists parking but no actual parking available and ended up parking in front of a mechanics garages door. Also lists breakfast as being included but then wanted to charge us extra. We asked for water to drink and she said they don’t have water so we got up and had breakfast elsewhere. The room was very warm and uncomfortable, it could’ve done with some air conditioning. The bathroom could have done with a clean but the staff were friendly and we felt comfortable if you ignore these issues. Window only opens slightly and opens directly onto the loudest street ever. Quite overpriced in my opinion.
Not bad experience. Been there a few times. Ahmed Zain and the new crew have really done wonders since taking over. Will visit again.
Had to book the room on urgent accommodation issue. Was charged £100 cash only for one night. I never even stayed there for half of the day Small room Toilet unclean Kettle in room was so bad could smell it when I never even used it and the inside of it was like dirty water and no hit water which is why I left early as I could not even get a shower
Location of the hotel is convenient, close to shops and transport system. Rooms are standard and beds are comfy. Eddie and Ali are helpful among the staff and helped me during my stay as I had to self isolate.I didn’t have a good experience with the rest of the staff, once delivered the clean sheets while they placed it on the floor.The downpart is that guests and staff don’t wear masks here and the dinning room is in basement with loads of stairs. But over all, acceptable and friendly service.
Very good location. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they made my stay. Shout out to Alex, Zayn and Eddie. The rooms were very spacious,clean and warm. It is very close to the train station which got me into Central London very quickly. Also lots of nearby takeaways which come in handy. Overall good prices and great customer service, I would highly recommend!
I stayed at this hotel quite few times now due to my work. Nice and friendly Front of house staff, clean bedsheets, clean towels, clean showers, breakfast was good aswell. If you looking for decent acvomodation on budget price this hotel is the one. You get what you pay for so can’t complain much.
