Rooms are clean amd comfy, small, but we had 2 beds, tv, tea/coffee making facilities and a shower room with toilet and sink! Everything you need for a short stay, 45min walk from stadium, but to be honest, you'll need to walk that just to get out of the crowd to get your uber anyway! Can't really fault it.

Very nice place for stay. Family friendly and good location. The hotel is clean and the clean the rooms almost every day with fresh towels and bedsheets There are enough public transport connections to all side of London. The people are nice but most shops are closed on Saturday but opened on Sunday. We had a nice time there. Thanks to the team

Had a lovely stay, rooms were clean and efficient, really well situated buses, trains & tube all within walking distance. The lady on the front desk who is also responsible for the cleaning is absolutely fantastic so friendly helpful & kind a real credit to the business. Thanks for a lovely stay :-)

Good location. Easy access to shops and public transport. The lady that received us was kind and welcoming. Zero security, anyone can walk into the hotel. Second day, no receptionist, no one at all at the desk. The entrance day was open all day. I was scared because I have my teenage daughters with me. Clean rooms though. No signalon TV I reported but nothing was done.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel! It is a bit tucked away, but the rooms are wonderful, clean, and very comfy! They have AC, which helps those warm afternoons. There are plenty of outlets and places to put your items. There’s TV along with a reading lamp right above your head. The bed has been the COMFIEST bed I have ever been in when it comes to hotels and the blanket was also warm when you blast the AC too cold at night. The front desk was lovely and made sure to explain the rules, and insured you knew how to get in once they locked the door. All the room doors have key cards for security. I wasn’t rudely awakened nor had any issues when it came to staff. I was told good morning and was wished safe travels when I left. The hotel has a bakery not even 5 minutes from it and it’s close to plenty of bus stops as well as an overground rail. Shops are plentiful and a market is only a bus ride away. I will 100% be coming back to this location the next time I visit London!

Checked in to the Park Avenue hotel on the 23/11/2022 at around 16:00 to 17:00 and the staff member who was at reception was very helpful and welcoming, the room was very cosy and the bed was very comfortable and I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. We stayed with our 5 year old son and it was just right. The staff are friendly and generous! Loved the mini kitchen with the microwave. The fridge had complimentary drinks, the hot drink options were plenty also they had toothbrushes, shower gel and shampoo etc and the room was so cosy and at a great spot with a back door for those who want to go outside and smoke. Car park was also available which was great. We will be back for sure!

This is a .5 star hostel. I do not recommend staying in park house hotel. The staff...well there isn’t any staff to talk to except for one old woman who smokes in the hotel all day. We woke up to a stifling stench of cigarettes. The rooms look like they went through the holocaust. The hotel smells extremely musty and is not kept up. There is visible molding in some areas as well. They redid the reception but they left the rooms looking like poop. We arrived to London after a long trip from NY and we literally couldn’t sit or shower because the beds and bathrooms are so icky. Luckily we had family here that sent us bedspreads and we covered everything with that. This hotel is definitely not worth the money at all!!!

This review is only for the (new) restaurant. I had a barbecue steak medium rare, and it was delicious. Succulent, flavourful and perfectly done. What I especially liked was the fact that at no time was 'service charge' mentioned. The price was clearly marked up front, and that was exactly what I was required to pay. Service itself, on the other hand, was great. The reason I took off 2 stars was the paucity of choice and creativity of sides and desserts. Edit: I've had to downgrade my review from 3 stars to 2 after a subsequent visit, when the food was below par. Beef teriyaki was more like beef jerky, and burger was pathetic.
